I have had scores of root canasl over my lifetime, this was by far, the best experience I have ever had for this procedure! Dr Williams was great, obviously very experienced in his work, and made this a quick and painless procedure. I certainly would go to him for help in the future, and recommend him very highly to anyone facing the need for his skills.

Best endodontist ever! I highly recommend Dr. Williams. I have had a lot of work done on my teeth And g I’ve been put through the wringer. Dr. Williams and his staff are incredible. Before my procedure even took place I was offered a blanket, a pillow and sunglasses to keep the light out of my eyes. Dr. Williams started by numbing my mouth With shots, which I didn’t even feel since he has angel hands. The whole process took 15 mins, and I’m telling you I had one heck of a problem that 3 other doctors in the field couldn’t figure out, but Dr. Williams did! I was in excruciating pain for two weeks. Yesterday was my procedure and today. I’m an absolute no pain.

Never came here to be seen but had multiple appointments scheduled only to be met with “you have to pay $331 for your consultation,” even though I have excellent insurance. Then, the front desk woman wouldn’t give me a cost for the entire procedure because “they won’t run my insurance until afterwards” which no doctors office ever does. She’s very rude and entitled and has no empathy for patients. Go to the endodontist in Jacksonville instead. They were WONDERFUL to me!

Dr. Beach and his office personnel are very professional and caring. The entire staff cares about each individual patient experience and they go above and beyond to make sure your experience is a positive one! I cannot say enough about how impressed I am. Dr. Beach is amazing and very thorough. His knowledge within the field of Endodontic care is top of the line and he provided me with the best options for my case. I waited 70 years to have my first root canal, and, boy, did I go to the right place! Dr. Williams did an excellent job. He explained the procedure, and was very patient and gentle during the entire time -- I did not feel a thing! It was not anything like the horror stories I'd heard about root canals. The staff was friendly and very helpful; even the view out the window from the chair was very peaceful. Overall, I was very pleased with my experience at Carolina Endodontic Asssociates; my only regret is that Dr. Williams doesn't take just regular dental patients -- I'd love for him to be my dentist. I would recommend this practice and Dr. Williams to anyone in need of a root canal. Thank you!
