Dr. Ricker is an exceptional clinician. He is dedicated to getting the very best outcome, paying attention to every detail. He does an excellent job of listening to the patients concerns, takes time to answer all questions and to thoroughly educate the patient. He practices patient-centered care, planning the procedure with the patient based on the patients individual needs/situation. Dr. Ricker closely monitors the patient during the procedure and prioritizes patient comfort. He is very accessible before and after the procedure to answer any questions.
My situation was not ideal with advanced recession and my dentist has been very happy with the result which is maintaining well 1 year later. Highest recommendation for Dr. Ricker!

There super awesome, quick and efficient. Both dr’s take time to listen to what specifically you want in a smile . Staff is all awesome . Very friendly and personal. Even fits you in for corrections in a timely manner. Would recommend a 1,000 times. Can’t wait for my finals and actually love to smile again. It was a very scary experience for me with dentists, but they went way over and beyond to make me comfortable and less nervous. 10 stars.

Everything about this place is excellent! Their customer service, their professionalism, their communication and all of their staff. Dr. Andrew Timmerman was wonderful. They even offer super easy financing options. My only regret was not going sooner. Thanks everyone!

Dr. Zimmerman and Dr. Ricker consistently demonstrate a genuine commitment to their patients’ best interests. As a fellow provider, I would confidently refer patients to their practice. Their office is exceptionally clean and welcoming, with an immaculate waiting area and spacious, well-maintained treatment rooms.

Carolina Implants are the ABSOLUTE BEST!
Their staff are the most effective and efficient team I’ve ever encountered in the medical field!
They were very thorough very informative and very pleasant, they truly make you feel like FAMILY.
They treat you like royalty, they never push anything on you, they allow you to be the Boss and work strictly for you and your specifications.
I give them a 10 out of 10!!!!

Meet the Doctors
The practice is led by Dr. Christopher Ricker, DMD, MSD, a periodontist and implant surgeon who focuses on complex full mouth reconstruction, advanced bone grafting, and esthetic periodontics. He earned his dental degree at the Medical University of South Carolina, completed a surgical-based general practice residency at Palmetto Richland Hospital, and earned a master's degree in periodontics and implantology at Virginia Commonwealth University. He is joined by Dr. Andrew Timmerman, DMD, an implant doctor with more than a decade of experience in restorative implantology who focuses on digital smile design and laser rehabilitation. Dr. Timmerman also earned his dental degree at the Medical University of South Carolina and completed a surgical-based residency at Palmetto Richland Hospital.
