I want to express my sincere gratitude to Dr. Nima Missaghian and the Carolina Surgical Arts team.
I had been dealing with an infected tooth that was originally being treated with a root canal, but the infection was not being taken seriously by the endodontist managing the case. The pain became extreme and I ultimately required emergency care.
Dr. Missaghian stepped in immediately and treated the situation with the urgency it deserved. He even came in early to perform the oral surgery and extraction because of how severe the infection and pain had become.
From the moment I arrived, his entire team was incredibly comforting and professional during a very stressful experience. The office itself is beautiful, very modern, contemporary, and extremely clean, which immediately made me feel confident I was in the right place.
Dr. Missaghian was calm, attentive, and clearly very skilled, and his staff was just as caring. They even called later that afternoon to check on me after surgery, which meant a lot.
As a medical professional myself, I recognize when care is genuine. The compassion, professionalism, and attentiveness shown by Dr. Missaghian and his team truly speak volumes about their character and the standard of care they provide.
I am extremely grateful for the care I received from Dr. Missaghian and the entire team at Carolina Surgical Arts. Because of their professionalism, compassion, and responsiveness, I truly will not go anywhere else.

I had my wisdom teeth removed today by Dr. Owsley. He, and his staff were absolutely amazing. The were kind, patient, and very professional. They explained everything to me, and did an awesome job! If I ever need dental work or surgery again, I know where to go. Great price too! Thank you.

They are incredibly nice! From the front to the back! Doctor Nima was amazing, front desk employees were awesome, and the ladies helping the doctors in the back took great care of me! I had 3 wisdom teeth took out and the lady helped walk me out and they even called me afterwards to make sure I was ok! You can’t get better service than this. Thank you very much!

Dr. Nima pulled my tooth. The whole staff was friendly from checking in to the consultation. The assistant that helped Dr Nima was really sweet. Thank God medicaid covered the procedure. My face was so swollen until that tooth was pulled. My face is back to normal. I recommend this place.

I have had two gum grafts in this office, and a consult for a bump under my gum on my jaw. Each time, I was seen quickly, felt I was listened to, and got expert advice and treatment. They have a wonderful x-ray machine that shows your jaw and teeth in precise detail. Very highly recommend the oral surgeons and staff at this exceptional facility.
