Dr. Sabooree has an amazing team! I was so nervous because I needed an extraction and they made sure I was comfortable from beginning to end. I would 100% recommend! Thank you so much Dr. Sabooree, Vivian, and Mykeela! You all made it such a great experience!

I recently had a very pleasant experience at the orthodontist. From the moment I walked into the office, the staff was friendly and welcoming. The waiting area was clean, comfortable, and well organized, which helped me feel relaxed before my appointment. The Dr. Sepdiah took the time to explain everything clearly and made sure I understood the process. They were gentle and careful while working, which made the visit much more comfortable than I expected. The assistants were also very kind and helpful, checking to make sure I was doing okay throughout the appointment. I appreciated how professional and patient everyone was. Ella in the front was nice and Sara broke down my financial obligations and it didn’t leave me feeling bad.The whole visit went smoothly and I left feeling confident about my treatment. It was a positive experience, and I would definitely recommend this orthodontist to others looking for great care.

Went for wisdom teeth extraction , I had a great experience at Oral & Facial Surgery and wanted to take a moment to recognize the team for their professionalism and care. Dr. Sabooree was outstanding—knowledgeable, calm, and very reassuring throughout the entire process. She took the time to explain everything clearly, which made me feel confident and at ease going into the procedure. Her assistant, Kailie, was just as amazing. She was attentive, kind, and made sure I was comfortable every step of the way. You can tell she genuinely cares about the patients she works with. I also want to give a big thank you to the front desk staff. From scheduling to check-in, everything was smooth and efficient. They were friendly, welcoming, and made the entire experience feel organized and stress-free. Overall, I highly recommend this office to anyone needing oral or facial surgery. The entire team works together seamlessly, and it truly shows in the quality of care they provide.

I highly recommend Dr Sabooree at Carolinas Center for Oral & Facial Surgery in Concord, NC! I needed to have a molar extracted and was apprehensive going in. As soon as I arrived, I was was greeted by Ella and Sara who warmly welcomed me. Dr Sabooree spent time to explain the procedure and set me at ease to proceed. Dr Sabooree did an amazing job along with her assistant Kendra. Kendra gave me explicit post-op instructions. I was out of there quickly! They certainly earned a 5 Star rating from me. My overall experience with this practice was very positive. Dr. Sepideh Sabooree was incredibly comforting, polite, and professional. She made me feel at ease throughout the process, and the staff who assisted with my wisdom tooth removal surgery were equally kind and supportive. I am only leaving four stars, however, due to repeated unprofessional interactions with a front desk staff member, Sara. The first issue occurred the day before my consultation when I received a **text message (not a phone call)** stating that my insurance was not accepted at this location and that my appointment would need to be canceled. I immediately called the office to clarify and see what options were available. During that call, Sara seemed dismissive of the situation, stating that it was late in the day and that she would “see what she could do, if I want,” but that they had already received a definitive answer about my insurance. Concerned by the response and the tone of the conversation, I contacted my insurance provider directly. They confirmed that this location does in fact accept my insurance—and, in fact, this office had been recommended to me by them. This representative was not only apologetic that I was dealing with this but also offered to keep me on the line while they reach out on my behalf. Shortly afterward, Sara called me back to confirm that my insurance was accepted. This was information that could have been verified earlier on Sara’s end without dismissing the concern due to the time of day. Additionally, the explanation of financing options was unclear, and several interactions with Sara were accompanied by noticeable attitude, which made communication unnecessarily difficult. I fully understand that busy workdays can be stressful; however, professionalism and clear communication are especially important in a healthcare environment—particularly when patients are already anxious about an upcoming surgical procedure. I want to emphasize that every other staff member I interacted with was warm, professional, and attentive, and they made me feel comfortable and supported throughout my visit. I would still recommend this practice, but I hope this feedback helps improve the patient experience with this one individual.
