I appreciate the care given to my daughter by everyone at this office. The doctor has excellent bedside manner. He took the time to come out and ensure she made it to the car okay and all questions were answered. Compassion is a 10/10. I would highly recommend.

Dr Sadler and his team, Jaretta, Rachel, and Mareli, are like a well-oiled machine. Firstly, my consultation was great. Dr. Sadler made sure to explain everything to me, answer any and all questions I had. I did not once feel like I was wasting his time, or holding him up, and I didn't feel rushed out of his office. I opted to be awake during my procedure and the team made me feel as comfortable as possible, checked on me consistently before and during the procedure. Dr Sadler explained every move he was going to make so I wasn't caught off guard. Jaretta already knew everything he was going to do so he didn't even have to ask her to do anything. Jaretta clearly explained my aftercare to my ride and then again to me. My recovery has gone very smoothly. Thank you to this team!!

Thank God I found Dr. Sadler and his team. I have high dental anxiety and had put off dental work since COVID. Unfortunately I ended up having to have multiple extractions as part of an implant procedure. From the moment I walked into their office, I was impressed by many things: the cleanliness of the place, the friendliness of the staff, and zero wait time. Dr. Sadler was patient and curious as I described my dental phobia and promised he'd do everything to make the procedure as painless and quick as possible. Unbelievably, I had no pain at all following the procedure -- I didn't even have to take an ibuprofen. I did have the doctor give me Exparel (not covered by insurance), a non-opioid time-release pain med. It was amazing and effective. Dr. Sadler and his team -- Jaretta, Rachel and Mareli -- were wonderful. I can't recommend this practice highly enough. They really have their act together.

Was very pleased with my experience at
Carolina Center for Oral surgery. Exceed all my expectations. Must admit was a little anxious as I have had no oral surgeries in many years but Dr Sadler and assistant, Rachel put me at ease. The procedure was
quickly completed with no pain, just a pinch when numbing. You will be well pleased if you choose to set an appointment.

Dr Sadler and his entire staff were very professional and thorough. From my first visit, the office employees answered my questions regarding insurance coverage in an understandable manner. I found each of these employees to be very personable. I will highly recommend Dr. Sadler to anyone needing oral surgery. In fact, I asked for and received business cards from Dr. Sadler that I will be sharing with my dental doctor and their practice.

About Carolinas Center for Oral & Facial Surgery
Carolinas Center for Oral & Facial Surgery in Gastonia, NC, offers dental implant solutions ranging from single tooth replacement to full arch and full mouth restoration, including All-on-4 style full arch treatment and zygomatic implants for more complex cases. The Gastonia location is part of a larger network of oral and maxillofacial surgery centers across North and South Carolina, and the office is accredited by the Accreditation Association for Ambulatory Health Care, meaning its surgical center and operating rooms meet national standards for safety and quality in outpatient surgical care.
Patients considering dental implants can expect a personalized treatment plan built around their specific needs, whether that means preparatory procedures like bone grafting or a straightforward single implant. The practice also provides in-house anesthesia support and explains that the full implant process, from consultation to final restoration, typically takes three to six months depending on healing time and any additional treatment needed. Beyond implants, the office handles related oral surgery needs such as wisdom teeth removal and tooth extractions, giving patients access to a broader range of surgical care in one location.
