The staff was very kind and accommodating. They were thorough in their preparation, and with my tooth extraction. Their communication is excellent. And they play your favorite music while they are preparing you for surgery. My compliments to Dr. Vann Hook and the ladies that work with her. Highly recommend them for oral surgery needs.

Loved my entire experience here. The waiting room is stocked with snacks and drinks and everyone is so welcoming and kind. I got all four of my wisdom teeth out and they made sure I was super comfortable, they played music and even gave me a blanket. I also had little to no swelling or pain after! Dr.Van Hook was amazing and very informative about the procedure. 10/10 atmosphere and 10/10 customer service!

Dr. Matthew Pham and his staff were phenomenal!!! Definitely made me feel comfortable for my extraction !!!! When i came in i was soooooo nervous. But they definitely reassured me for comfort ! It was sooo quick and easy ! If you’re needing any extraction or oral surgery, I’d definitely recommend him! Office has a nice clean welcoming feel as well

I cannot recommend Dr. Pham and his team enough! From my initial evaluation to my wisdom tooth removal, the entire experience was exceptional. Dr. Pham took the time to make sure I understood every part of the procedure and patiently answered all of my questions and concerns. On surgery day, I was very anxious, but the nurses were incredibly kind and helpful in calming my nerves. Everyone in the office treats you like family, which made such a difference in my experience. The front desk staff were always welcoming, friendly, and professional. What stood out most was that nothing ever felt rushed. You can tell the entire team is passionate about what they do and genuinely cares about their patients. Not once did they make me feel like I was just another number. Every interaction felt personal, and I always felt heard, respected, and cared for. My recovery has gone much better than expected, with minimal pain after surgery. I also want to give a special thank you to Ms. Rebecca, who was so sweet and reassuring when answering my post-op questions and concerns. Her kindness meant a lot during recovery. If you’re looking for an oral surgeon who truly cares about their patients, Dr. Pham is the best. Thank you to the entire team for making what could have been a stressful experience so comfortable and positive!

My wife and I both have had oral surgeries over our many years together. Dr. Van Hook and staff were fantastic and by far the most caring, knowledgeable, oral surgeons we have ever encountered. I had multiple extractions and am pain free. I recommend this wonderful professional group to anyone needing oral surgery!
