I went in alittle nervous about a tooth extraction but soon found out I was in good hands. They settled me down by answering all my questions and then got work. Everyone in the process was very professional and good knowing they may help me latter with an implant.

I had a great experience with the team and Dr. Reitter today. I specifically appreciated Dr. Reitter’s knowledge about the TMJ pain I’ve been experiencing, he is a true specialist. His thorough exam made me feel confident about my treatment plan going forward.

I had 2 teeth extracted today. The staff made me feel comfortable. They really eased my anxiety about getting my procedure. From front desk to the medical staff....everyone was awesome. I highly recommend this office. Top notch care. Thank you to all ❤️

Horrible caregiver experience! And I have Grace because I have worked in healthcare for nearly 20yrs. But this experience had little professional consideration for the patient and family after the bill was paid and procedure completed! I was never taken to the back for aftercare instructions for my husband as planned. I got some quick jumbled 2 minute aftercare explanation standing in the hot sun next my car. When I asked I was told, oh we switched and I don’t do that I just talk to you by the car. I was told by the assistant and physician that the prescriptions were already at the pharmacy. We live almost an hour away. Get to the pharmacy and NOTHING. Told to call back after lunch. 3 phone calls later of “it must be an issue with your pharmacy”, then over an hour later the truth was “oh they got busy and just haven’t sent it yet”. Mistakes happen but when you lack empathy and accountability you lose patients. People are more than the bill attached to their name.

Calling their customer service is awful! I've had to call a few times I've only got one person that's knowledgeable the two others one man from the Philippines was extremely rude and I was just asking a basic question because I went in and paid my bill here in Columbia South Carolina and I just wanted to make sure it showed up on the system! Could hardly even understand him finally had to ask him like four or five times does it show up in the system the money I just paid for the consolation fee and it took me like five times to ask him before he understood! Yesterday I called one girl said she was going to talk to her boss about this consolation fee which I didn't understand and she never called back! Just terrible service, so I finally got somebody that was knowledgeable and nice on the phone yesterday and I just asked her to listen I don't want to send a check I've had money stolen sending stuff through the mail what else can I do? She was nice and said well you can go in will you have the oral surgery I just pay hey there and I told her to listen I don't remember what cuz it was like 5 months ago when I had the surgery which location did I go to so she looked it up and told me and I went there this morning in paid. But I just wanted to make sure that it's showed up in the system and with this man from the Philippines I think he said it's showing up but I'm not sure. Well I'll let it go I have the receipt that I paid the girl I painted in the office that you shouldn't get another bill you're all set but you know how things go sometimes. But you know customer service is important and when you get people in the Philippines that really don't know what's going on it makes it worse. I mean I have the oral surgery done they did a good job but I didn't know about this consolation fee which I understand now so after discussing yesterday what it was for cuz nobody told me about it I said okay the insurance thing cover it I'll come in and pay which I did this morning. I mean the Amazon customer service in the Philippines is okay if you get a woman when you get a man half of them don't know what they're doing and you have problems. So whenever I get a man on Amazon I just hang up and call again and wait till I get a Filipina because they're nicer and they like to take care of your problems. But having to spend 5 minutes on the phone to ask one basic question and having to repeat it like five times makes me question whether I have to use surgeon like this again whether I'm just not going to go to somebody else!
