Carolina’s Dentist at the Pointe is the best!! Dr Lefeber and Dr Bodah are professional and friendly, I completely trust them to provide the best care! My hygienist, Miesha, does a great job and is very personable, she always makes me laugh at my visits. She also hooks me up with a new toothbrush/toothpaste too! Going to the dentist isn’t so bad if you’re seeing the right people!! I highly recommend Carolina’s Dentist at the Pointe.

The worst experience I've ever had in my life, and one I've never been able to get over. I paid a fortune to have a dental bridge made by Dr. Bodah, and he did a terrible job. About three days after he put it in, the bridge fell out. I had to wait a long time, and they forced me to sign a form saying that I liked the bridge they were going to put back in. Then, the dental bridge they put back in was installed incorrectly, and I've had complications. I complained several times until they sent me a letter saying that they had finished their work and that I should find another dentist. Since I wasn't feeling well with the dental bridge, I sought second and third opinions, and the other dentists told me that the work was poorly done. They even gave me an X-ray to show Dr. Bodah how badly he had done the job, but they told me they didn't want me to call them again. I feel so bad about this, which is why I'm sharing my experience. I don't recommend this place; it's the worst because I understand that mistakes happen, but you have to fix them, and they practically ruined my life because it's uncertain whether the two teeth that support the dental bridge will ever function properly again.😡😡😡 I'm even embarrassed to post the photos I'm showing.

I can’t say enough good things about Dr. Mohr and the entire office! Everyone was welcoming, professional, and made me feel completely at ease. Dr. Mohr took the time to explain everything clearly and has an exceptional bedside manner. It’s not always easy going to the dentist, but this was truly a great experience. I left feeling confident and very pleased with my visit!

An excellent experience from start to finish. Reception is welcoming, organized, and efficient with scheduling and check-in. The hygienist Teigan is thorough yet gentle, explaining each step and making sure I was comfortable throughout the cleaning. The assistant Kelsey was well-prepared, and worked seamlessly with the dentist. Dr. Davis is knowledgeable, adept, and took the time to address my questions without rushing. I felt confident in the care I received, and the entire team created a positive, calming atmosphere. Billing was straightforward, transparent, and handled promptly. Overall, this office demonstrates excellent communication, competency, and patient-centered care. Highly recommend.

I want to share how grateful I am for Dr. Davis and her assistant, Katie. They were incredibly kind, patient, and understanding during my visit. They even fit me in unexpectedly, which meant so much to me when I really needed help. What was a very hard experience was made so much easier because of their professionalism, compassion, and the way they took their time to make sure I was comfortable. I truly appreciate the care I received and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a dental team that genuinely cares about their patients.
