Excellent customer service, doctors are pleasant, professional. Front desk and hygienist are nice and friendly. The practice is very welcoming, a breath of fresh air. My 6 year old and myself highly recommend!!!

Everybody was awesome. My hygienist was great, I just didn’t get her name. Q was amazing. She advocates well for her patient and I even got an “on the spot” cleaning appointment because of her. She’s the best!! Highly recommend.

Can't give enough praise to Osiris! She was our hygienist for my 5 year old boy and could sense he was anxious, so she explained every single instrument to him, let him see and touch them and this kind gesture, put him at such ease! She even brought out a dinosaur for him to hold and play with while he was getting his cleaning! Thank you Carolinas Dentist and Osiris! We'll definitely be back!

After having a bad experience at another dental clinic I decided to give Carolina Dentist a try, from my first appointment Dr.Lavallis and her assistant answered all my concerns guided me to next step explain the difference of what we could work with! I feel confident that this time around everything will work out for me!! I legit love this place and oh you get free coffee lol that’s an added bonus ! Office is clean smells good and everyone is so nice!

Having moved from the Cincinnati area here to the Fayetteville area I had to reestablish contact with all new health providers. Let me just say from start to finish everything exceeded my expectations of what a healthcare provider should be. The initial appointment was set up for August and I asked to be placed on the list if there should be any cancellations because I was overdue for my six month cleaning. I was actually able to get in two months earlier than the initial appointment. The staff was very accommodating and explained everything, but what really made me happy was the modern equipment they used to take care of my exam and my cleaning. Everything was explained as to what they were doing, and they had me totally at ease that I was in good hands. Every staff member I interacted with was pleasant and friendly. I was so impressed that I went ahead and signed up for the dental plan as I have recently retired and no longer have dental Insurance and this seemed like the best way to go.
