Dr. Gray and staff go above and beyond for their patients. I had my wisdom teeth out, my husband had his out, and my kids have been there for different procedures. very clean office, very friendly and professional staff. I'm very surprised to see negative comments as we have been there multiple times and have NEVER had a bad experience.

Doctor Gray didn't have the patience to even explain the procedure or answer any of my questions and was telling me to keep my hands down when I barely even moved them, he also proceeded to reschedule my appointment without talking with me. He was getting angry for no reason and I would not ever recommend him to anyone. When I asked him about the procedure he responded with "Don't worry about it, I've got it." That's not professional at all.

I don't normally leave reviews but I had such a pleasant experience that I felt the need to share it. I was really nervous before my wisdom teeth removal because I have a fear of anesthesia. The staff was very friendly and walked me through the whole process. When they put the IV in, I started crying so the staff started making jokes and comforting me until I calmed down and fell asleep. After I left the facility, they even called me up a few hours later to check up on me and make sure I was doing okay. I had such a good experience at this place and I can't recommend it enough!

Very poor customer service and very money hungry. I was told that they accepted both of our dental Ins. plans. After the consultation they gave me a bill for $180 dollars because they didn't take one of our Ins. plans. I paid half the bill 2 months ago and planned on paying the remaining $80 this month. The office staff called and threatened to send us to collections. Office manager is rude and unprofessional. I do not recommend doing any business with them. I do however recommend Dr. Dryden whos staff was wonderful and did a great job when pulling our daughters wisdom teeth.

10/10 recommend this place. I was so nervous to have my wisdom teeth pulled but they made it so easy and made me so comfortable. They're very thorough in the after care process and I've never had such a good experience at any other medical facility
