Had a super great experience at Carus Dental. The staff was super sweet and accommodating and was able to scheduled me the same day which I really really appreciate. Meadow was so nice and attentive, she explained everything and made sure I was never uncomfortable. Dr.Ortiz was also super detailed in everything he did and addressed all my concerns. Overall a super great experience at Carus Dental, I'd definitely recommend it!

I would not recommend this place. Unfortunately, they did not respect my time, and the customer service was very disappointing. I had a 1:00 PM appointment that I scheduled two weeks in advance. I took time off work for this appointment and even called the morning of to confirm. I was told, “Correct, your appointment is confirmed for today at 1:00.” When I arrived, I waited about 30 minutes before anyone spoke with me, only to be told that because I had not confirmed the appointment through email, they could not honor my appointment. What was even more disappointing was that the representative did not make any effort to help me schedule another appointment or offer a reasonable solution. I understand that businesses have policies, but when I personally called that morning and was told my appointment was confirmed, I expected that appointment to be honored. My time was valuable, and unfortunately, this experience left me very disappointed with both the service and communication.

I had my first visit at Carus yesterday and have to say, the customer service was 10/10! Rosemary did a great, quick job with the cleaning. She was kind and incredibly patient with my two kiddos who I brought in with me due to a last minute childcare change. Rocio at the front desk very graciously held and played with my younger child so I could have my teeth cleaned. The service blew me away and I would recommend this place to anyone needing care. Additionally, the scans were super thorough - more so than other dentists I’ve been to in the past. Thanks, Carus! And extra big thanks to Rosemary and Rocio who went above and beyond and never seemed flustered by the chaotic kid energy in the slightest.

I had an emergency situation with a tooth that had chipped and become so sharp that I was unable to chew without severely biting the inside of my mouth. They got me in immediately and fixed the problem efficiently and I was out the door and out of pain. Excellent service.
