I’ve been a patient at this dental office for at least 10 years, but unfortunately my experience has significantly changed since what appears to be new management.
The billing process has become incredibly frustrating. Patients are required to pay the full amount upfront upon leaving, regardless of what insurance may ultimately cover. For one of my appointments, my insurance statement later showed that my balance had been fully covered except for $2. Despite this, I had already paid much more out of pocket.
I called to request a refund and was told I would receive one, but I had to call four separate times before finally receiving a check in the mail. Unfortunately, the same issue has now happened again after a recent cleaning appointment. I once again overpaid, called to request a refund, and still have not received it.
In my opinion, it is wrong to collect the full balance from patients, receive insurance reimbursement, and then make patients repeatedly follow up to get their overpayments returned. I currently still have an overpayment on my account and was told a check would be mailed at the end of the month(April). It is now nearly halfway through May, and I have yet to receive it.
After 10 years, I will no longer be returning to this office. I would strongly encourage patients to closely review their billing and insurance statements and make sure they are not owed a refund.

From my first phone call, all the staff were so nice, patient and non-judgemental. They made me feel very comfortable.
All aspects of my dental issues, as well as my plan of care, were explained in great detail and in language I could understand.
I just came from a lengthy appointment with Dr. Casebier and his assistant, Jasmine. This was my first time meeting Jasmine, and it was such a pleasure to have her there to help. She was so sweet. Dr. Casebier is both efficient, gentle and caring with his work.
I would also like to compliment both hygenists as well as the front-end staff. All amazing.
No one loves having dental work performed on them, but this office gives you the best experience possible.

Dr. Casebier and staff are awesome. So many times you find a good doc but office staff is just...ugh. Not here. Super courteous, efficient, professional and a delight to work with. I adore and trust Dr. Casebier and he did a beautiful job with my implants. I moved out of state last September and I make the drive back up to Cary for my dental care; these folks are that good. Hoping to move back to NC this fall so I won't have to drive so far anymore! Great practice, thanks to all of you.

Dr. Casebier at Cary Implant and General Dentistry, with his nurse Rose, and his astute office manager Whitney, are genuine and caring. He has performed a painless emergency extraction on the spot as well as bone grafting for a recommended upcoming implant.
He and his team also manage routine care and crowns, plus standard dental restoration, with great professionalism.
Dr. Casebier has recommended, and performed, the best service for me and I am so pleased with the results that Cary Implant and General Dentistry has given me. I love my smile now!

I was a dental officer manager in NY and Florida for the better part of 20 years. This is the kind of office I'd like to work with. The experience starting with folks that work at the front desk to the clinical staff in the back, it's always a pleasant, professional experience. It's comforting to have faith in your providers. You never feel it's about the money. You truly feel treated as a respected and valued patient.
