The oral surgeon was excellent鈥攙ery knowledgeable and took the time to explain everything thoroughly. However, I was very disappointed with the lack of transparency from the billing department. They overcharged me and seemed unfamiliar with my insurance plan. I highly recommend that the billing department takes the time to verify insurance benefits and costs before communicating with patients to avoid issues. Complete financial clarity is something every patient deserves.

This Oral specialty is wonderful! Anyone needing a great oral care surgeon GO HERE! The staff is friendly and caring very little wait time! Dr. Rachael M. Prokes DDS is phenomenal! 馃槃馃槆馃

Very friendly staff and clean office..I was seen right away and had extraction done in timely manner..I'll come back if any more extractions are needed in the future.

The staff is very kind and caring to their patients. I had a bad experience as a kid getting my bottom wisdom teeth getting taken out and had extreme anxiety when I had to get my top ones taken out. They worked with me patiently and at a pace that I was comfortable with. They were very professional, friendly, and answered any questions I had. I totally recommend this place. And it was painless too. I was able to go about my day as normal the day after. I am a very happy prince and satisfied with my visit. Thank you, Casa Adobes. 馃珔馃憤

I'll start by saying I am terrified of going to any dentist due to many traumatic experiences as a teenager and young adult. So much so it caused me to avoid the dentist for 20 years. I decided to go to Pueblo Del Sol when I broke a front tooth. I was referred here by them and thus far I've been very happy with my experience. Dr Rivera has been wonderful, very kind and explains throughly what his plans are. Everyone in the office seems to go out of their way to help me feel more comfortable. My first visit I had an anxiety attack in the chair and the staff was so kind and reassuring. They not only allowed me to work through it, but they did everything they could to help me. Since that first visit I no longer go into flight mode as soon as I walk in. They make me feel confident and comfortable. I highly recommend Dr Rivera to anyone who may be scared like I was. I can't thank him and the staff enough for their kindness, professionalism and for helping me get my life back. As I'm writing this I'm 5 days into healing from full upper extractions and on my way to getting dental implants. For the first time in my life, I'm excited to go back and continue my journey to finally having a beautiful smile. Thank you again, to Dr Rivera and the staff at Casa Adobes! You guys really are the best in my opinion and I'm so thankful I've found you.
