This was my first visit and the staff were friendly and helpful. Dr.Silvi's knowledge and insight were reassuring. It was rewarding to have an honest and professional interaction. I trust the Casey Dental team to address my dental needs. Many thanks to you all.

Went in for my wisdom teeth about 6 months ago and it was an experience of nightmares. Went in and warned them about my hyperactive thyroid. I tend to metabolize things in my body and extremely quicker rates than the average person. Once it was time for surgery I followed all directions and fasted. Got put under anesthesia just to wake up while they were operating in my mouth with the doctor telling the nurses how I had to have taken something prior to surgery and how it wasn't his fault. I groggily told them I didn't before passing out again to reawaken and them not letting the person that came with me back to see how I was doing. I was extremely upset and didn't want to go back for the check up but went just to find out they missed a piece of wisdom tooth and in my check up, right before work I had to sign a consent form to remove it and as soon as I did they hooked me up to numbing gas and pulled scalpels and hemostats out just to push my head sideways with my jaw opened as far as possible to extract the piece of tooth they missed on round one. The healing process has been fine but overall the doctor made it a maximized traumatic experience and it really feels great to get told that you lied and disregarded surgeon directions and took a pain drug when you woke up in the middle of oral surgery despite not doing so and it being linked to a pre disposed medical concern.

So I called January 5th to setup an appointment for myself and someoneelse as new patients for general dentistry. So it’s now January 20 and no call back. I call in and hit the other option and got a rude receptionist who tried to say I must’ve called something wrong on January 5 when I know I didn’t. Maybe get friendly staff and actually listen to your voicemail.
