I always had dificukting getting numb, and went through sedation dentistry to have it completed. The whole staff was fantastic, and will Recommend my friends and family! Thank you for eliminating my fears.

Went with my husband who has severe anxiety...thw front desk and nurse were amazing and helpful. The dentist himself different story. My husband has severe anxiety and was referred here so he could be sedated to have a cleaning and cavities checked. Made the appointment was reassured how they deal with this all the time and it wouldn't be an issue. We get there early to fill out the paperwork since it never came in the mail, went back to the room a few mins after our scheduled time where my husband was already anxious, the nurse took him straight to get the xrays everything was going great. Then about 30 mins later my husband had to go outside because he had been waiting long enough and was shaking and needed air, the nausea was getting to him being stuck waiting in the small room with a bib on and an open tray of dental tools...just as he went out the dentist came and I told my husband to come back. The dentist look appalled my husband had stepped out so I tried to explain he couldn't hear the drilling noise anymore it was making him more anxious to which he responded it's not a drill it's a cleaning I was like ok it's still the noise he can't handle. Then my husband came to the room and said it was bullshit he has anxiety and was made to wait so long after being assured they could handle it his anxiety turns to anger. The dr stopped him and said this isn't the place for you, we can't help. So if you go here beware...the dentist has NO bedside manner or compassion for fearful people. I still feel so disappointed and disrespected. It was made to feel as if the dentist did not care and would not help my husband even when my husband explained his fear.. Not sure if it is because he is self pay or what, but he acted like a lunch was interrupted for him to even be there and was so rude to us for no reason. My husband did NOT cuss him, just the situation of having to sit there in a small room with the door closed, listening to other people have the drills or whatever we're going wearing a bib thing looking at the instruments and just leaving someone who was already anxious in there that long is insane.

I’ve been going to Dr. DeMichele and his team for years and absolutely love them! Each and every one of them are fantastic, and go above and beyond at all times. I have never had anything that even approached a negative experience, and I used to be terrified of anything to do with the dentist. I have cleanings every 6 months, and have had several procedures, to include wisdom teeth removal. They are all so kind, respectful, knowledgeable, and experienced. They take the time to get to know you and remember you, and I feel completely at ease and relaxed at each visit. I cannot recommend them enough, especially if you have anxiety about the dentist.
