The staff at Cedar Pearl are just Awesome! They are very hospitable and professional! I found them through an employee at another establishment that referred them and I am so glad I did! My Hygienist Stephanie and Allie were pocket rockets! David and Jessica at the front Desk are superstars! The Doctors are not to be forgotten as they are just efficient 101! Cedar Pearl will be taking care of my Dental Health from now! Thank you Cedar Pearls! Your name suits you!

Dr. White did a crown for me and he did a wonderful job! I have had no issues with the tooth since. It's never 'comfortable' to get work done at the dentist, but they did a great job creating a positive environment!

Fantastic team! David was wonderful at scheduling. Stephanie took great care of me during my new patient exam and cleaning. Dr. White and his team are a great addition for Crestview and the surrounding community.

My teeth require more attention than most, so finding the right dentist has always been important to me. I’ve been going to Cedar Pearl for over 20 years. It was excellent when Dr. Roy Nakaiye owned it, and it’s become even better under Dr. White, who took over on September 1, 2025. Dr. White is friendly, easy to talk to, and thorough. His Operations Manager, Rebecca, is charming and efficient. David at the front desk has the perfect effervescent personality for the reception area and is very knowledgeable about all the procedures. Sandra the hygienist does a fantastic job, right up there with Patricia, who was the best ever but has since moved on. Dr. White has brought in modern technology that really makes a difference. He uses advanced imaging to scan and map teeth, which removes a lot of the guesswork from procedures like crowns. He also has a camera that shows detailed close-up images of teeth, so a patient can see what he sees and better understand why a procedure is recommended. Over the past few months, he has done three crowns for me, and I’ve been very satisfied with the results. Another big plus is their schedule. The office is open five days a week, which is rare in this area. They even have evening hours until 8 PM on Tuesdays and Thursdays, which was non-existent in this area. The office itself has an open, welcoming layout that makes me feel comfortable rather than isolated or processed. And just as importantly, he accepts most insurance plans. I could go on, but you should get the idea by now.

Dr. Elsmore and Allie did such a great job on my crowns . Dr. Elsmore made the crowns feel very comfortable in my mouth. The first time I didn’t have to get them adjusted. Thank you , great team.

Cedar Pearl Dental is a comprehensive family dental practice located at 222 West Cedar Avenue in Crestview, Florida, serving families throughout Crestview and Okaloosa County, including the military community connected to Eglin Air Force Base. The practice offers general dentistry, cosmetic dentistry, endodontics, restorative dentistry, oral surgery and same-day emergency care in one location, so patients do not need referrals to multiple offices. Meet the Doctors
Dr. Daniel S. White, DMD, leads the clinical care at Cedar Pearl Dental. He earned his Doctor of Medicine in Dentistry from the University of Pittsburgh School of Dental Medicine and completed a General Practice Residency at the University of Utah. He has pursued advanced training through the Whitecap Implant Institute, is a member of the American Dental Association, and completed sedation dentistry coursework in Alaska, where he held a sedation license. His practice spans general dentistry, cosmetic procedures and oral surgery, including wisdom teeth removal and dental implants, and he has taken part in dental mission trips to Grenada.
