I am writing this review concerning center city periodontics Doctor Alex K.
I must start at the beginning that five stars does not even begin to exemplify the care that I have gotten while being a patient in this practice from the ancillary staff to the quality of work that Doctor Alex provides is just incredible. I recently had what I considered to be an extensive procedure and each step of the way he most cogently and clearly he explained everything, went through each step of the procedures, explained what to expect in the future, and the eventual outcome with language that even I could understand. Doctor Alex is a very good listener and provided a lot of extra time to hear my concerns and other issues. He answered each of my questions as a British would say in a very spot on manner. The way Doctor Alex practices is pervasive with those who work with him in the office. It is excellence in dental care at its best. I have had extensive dental work done in this particular office. I would like to say that I would like this to be the highest possible review that I can give Doctor Alex not only as a periodontist excellent but as a human being, Randy Inkles MD

My dentist made a referral to Center City for periodontal surgery. Throughout the whole process, Dr. Alex and his team were kind and caring. Dr. Alex provided clear guidance and information before and after the surgery, which was so important to help speed my recovery. This is a patient-centered practice and highly recommend Dr. Alex and the entire team!

I went to Dr Alex because he takes my insurance and I had previously been to the practice. I agreed to a scaling and scraping around my left lower and upper implants. When he walked in he said he was going to also do the upper right. I said that was not part of the original plan and declined the latter. I knew I had just a few months earlier been to a perio in the burbs who worked on the upper right and felt there was nothing wrong. So, today I saw a new regular dentist and went back to my perio in the burbs for a cleaning and evaluation. Both of these dentists said there was nothing wrong with my upper right and I did not need the procedure Dr. Alex wanted to do. I will never go back to this practice as I feel he tried to cheat me and my insurer by adding another procedure that was not needed. I am a retired health care professional which help but be your own best Dr and do not trust Dr. Alex.

I’m someone who hates getting dental work done, but Dr. Alex made me feel SO comfortable. He explained everything really well and did such a great job with my gum graft. His staff was also so nice and welcoming.

Dr. Alex first saw me for an emergency visit. He was extremely professional and knowledgeable, and explained the months-long process to me clearly. He welcomed questions. Dr. Alex's office staff were kind and efficient. I cannot praise this practice enough.
