I went here a few times and Dr. Sussman actually was a good dentist, but his office staff made me have to find a new dentist. Sonya and Katie who both work at the front desk are the worst.
Because of my dental plan, certain things I have to get reimbursed back for. When they need to get paid it’s never a problem, but when I need to get paid now we have a problem. I had to go back to them multiple times asking for the same documentation or if they sent sent something for which they lied. Finally wound up having to do everything myself and wallah, no problems.
Would not be back here again because of the headaches I went through with them.

I'm very pleased with the care I've been given at the center for cosmetic dentistry. Yesterday I had to have a tooth pulled and it went very well. Very little pain on day 2. Dr. Sussman is a very good dentist and the staff is amazing.

Amazing staff- I would recommend Dr. Sussman to anyone who is in need of cosmetic dentistry.
Dr Sussman did an amazing job on my crowns. He is the best dentist and his staff is wonderful. And he listens- Dr. Sussman is a class act.

Dr. Sussman saw me within a few days of breaking a tooth that was filled when I was a child and put a temporary crown on and solved my problem. The office is very helpful and kind. I recommend these services and I highly recommend my dentist.

I have never been happier with a dentists office ! From the moment you walk in the staff is so kind and welcoming. Dr Pogal is beyond skilled and precise. The moment I met with her about getting veneers I knew she was ‘it’ and this office was exactly where I meant to be. Kathy is a ray of sunshine. I have never been happier with a dental office and highly recommend. My veneers look amazing and have brought me such confidence!!

Center for Cosmetic Dentistry is the Rochester, New York dental office of Dr. Paul Sussman and Dr. Meredith Pogal, located at 34 Buckman Road. The two dentists opened their Rochester office in 1981 and have spent more than 30 years caring for patients throughout Upstate New York, including Greece, Webster, Fairport, Hilton, Brockport, Brighton, and Spencerport. The practice offers general, family, and cosmetic dentistry, including dental hygiene and exams, gum treatment, tooth repair and replacement, porcelain veneers, teeth whitening, smile makeovers, full mouth reconstruction, Invisalign and other orthodontics, sedation dentistry, and sleep apnea treatment.
For patients missing teeth, the practice provides dental implants, implant-supported dentures, one-day dental implants, and reconstructive implant dentistry for jawbone deterioration. Both Dr. Sussman and Dr. Pogal have completed advanced training in dental implant placement, and the office performs each step of the implant process in-house, from planning through the final restoration. The practice uses 3-D imaging and computer-guided dentistry along with a PIEZOSURGERY device for procedures such as sinus lifts and ridge splitting that prepare the jaw for implants. The office offers free comprehensive consultations and breaks larger treatment plans into installments to make care more affordable. Hours are Monday through Wednesday and Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
