I had a very disappointing experience with this dental clinic and would not choose to return. My family and I experienced ongoing issues with pricing transparency, communication, and quality of care. In my husband’s case, the price we were quoted over the phone was much lower than what he was charged in person, and he was repeatedly told that additional treatment was needed only after arriving at the office. After getting a second opinion from another dentist, we were told that his teeth were in normal condition and that only a routine cleaning was necessary. In my own case, I had a dental retainer bonded at this office. The initial result was uncomfortable and had to be redone during the same visit. Unfortunately, the retainer came loose after just one day and caused irritation. It was also very difficult to reach the office to have this addressed, and I had to call many times before receiving a response and the correct contact information. When I later tried to reschedule an appointment, I experienced confusion and inconsistent information regarding billing and follow up, which made it harder to resolve the situation. Overall, this experience left me feeling frustrated and unsupported as a patient. Clear pricing, reliable communication, and proper follow up care are essential in a dental practice, and unfortunately that was not my experience here. NOT RECOMMENDED!!!!

Sage Dental in Hallandale Beach is my local dentist and they are the best. The staff and front desk are always informative and helpful. Dr. Hayate Jessica is efficient, patient and knowledgeable. She has a wonderful personality and is really great at her profession. You can tell she wants to make you as comfortable as possible. I always feel seen and respected. Janine Perez, the office manager is so sweet and kind. She always explains the costs and procedures perfectly, solving any concerns and questions I have. Their assistants are very determined to learn the craft and have positive attitudes towards everyone. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a mulo-professional dentist.

Had my stitches out today from an extraction procedure. While I don’t want to visit the dentist, this procedure was necessary. They helped me get thru this and everyone there is so sweet. I even got a hug today. My journey continues and I go back In march to talk about an implant. I recommend them to everyone.

This place is horrible they're very nice people but the dentist does not know what he's doing he said I needed four crowns. I had no pain I had no sensitivity before the crowns were put in, now after I get the crowns put in I have sensitivity too hot cold even cool air. They used up all my insurance money. Now they claim their implant experts. These people are real scary stay away.

I DO NOT RECOMMENDED THIS OFFICE I chose 2 stars just because the hygienist did a great job but dr. Guzman clenched my tooth without telling me.or.asking me before If he told me before the procedure, I would have the chance to look.for a second opinion but he did not and I felt cheated He as a professional must have told.me because the tooth got disproportionately with the other teeth.. If he didn't know another way to fix a simple cosmetic little.thing, he should have told me and I was the one to give him permission to do.it or not
