I had an exceptional experience at the Center for Implant Dentistry. From my very first visit, the entire team was professional, caring, and made me feel completely comfortable. I received both a dental implant and a root canal, and the level of expertise and attention to detail was outstanding.
The doctors took the time to explain every step of the treatment, answered all of my questions, and made sure I felt confident throughout the process. The staff was always friendly, organized, and genuinely cared about my comfort and recovery.
The quality of the work exceeded my expectations, and I couldn’t be happier with the results. If you’re looking for skilled specialists who truly care about their patients and provide outstanding dental care, I highly recommend the Center for Implant Dentistry. I honestly have to say that this was the best decision I made regarding my dental implants. I seriously feel like a new person due to having top dentures for the past 8 years . I was embarrassed to eat , smile and even take pictures. A couple of years ago, I went to several other dentist to see what the next step I should do because I was tired of glueing my teeth several times throughout the day. Years had passed and started researching different implant specialist and this was the first place on my list. I didn’t have to go anywhere else because the way everyone and the Doctors made me feel and showed me how my teeth could beautiful and good. Dr Jain and Dr Gupta has a great and amazing doctors I ever could seen very knowledgeable In this implants center the most amazing part is they have in house lab so manufacturing is most toughest part in this kind of work because that the cosmetic thinks so dr Jain has lot of experience of surgical and manufacturing also . That is the most important reason I choose this place . Thank you so much for giving me beautiful smile .

Today I had my wisdom tooth extracted at this place, and the experience was amazing. My lower tooth was very close to the nerve, which made the case difficult, and it was also under the gum. But Dr. Jain and Dr. Gupta did a perfect job. I had no pain at all, and I was very happy.
I was very concerned when Dr. Jain explained that my tooth was difficult because it was so close to the nerve, and there was a chance of nerve damage. At first, Dr. Jain plan was to cut the tooth in half because it was very close to the nerve, and that made the procedure more difficult. He explained everything clearly and honestly. However, during the surgery, he was able to remove the whole tooth properly, which I really appreciated.
I could see how passionate and dedicated Dr. Jain and Dr Gupta is about his work. I also had a complicated implant case done by him before, and he did a great job with that as well. He truly loves what he does and takes on challenging cases with great skill and care.
The whole procedure went very smoothly, and I felt no pain at all. Dr. Jain and Dr. Gupta have a lot of experience with complicated cases, so I am very glad I chose this place.
Thank you to Center for Implant Dentistry and the whole team. I honestly feel very lucky to have chosen this place.

I brought my mom here to get a tooth implant. The front desk staff were very friendly and helpful. Dr Jain agreed to do the treatment the same day. The whole process was quick and painless. We are very happy with our experience.

I had eight implants placed in my lower JOE and it completely changed my life before I couldn’t eat or smile with confidence but now everything feels perfect. The doctors and team did an amazing job and delivered my new teeth and just two days. I’m so happy and thankful my smile looks beautiful. I feel like myself again after so many years truly an excellent job they give me back my confidence and happiness. Dr Jain And dr Gupta has almost 25+ year of implantology . They are very experienced doctors that’s by I choose this place . Before coming here, I had chosen Nuvia but I realized they are are more marketing company. I never got to talk directly to the doctor and every time it was someone different.it didn’t feel personal or trustworthy .At center for implant dentistry. Everything was the opposite the doctors have their own practice. They personally meet and talk with patients and they explain everything clearly and honestly, I could feel their experience and care from the first visit now I can smile eat, and live confidently again. I am so thankful to Dr. Jain and Dr. Gupta and the whole team for giving me my life back .

About Center for Implant Dentistry
Center for Implant Dentistry is a family-owned practice at 3381 Walnut Avenue in Fremont, California, that has focused exclusively on dental implants since 2008. The Fremont office is the practice's main location, and it is set up as a complete implant center where consultations, 3D cone beam scans, implant surgery, intravenous sedation, and follow-up visits all happen under one roof. The practice also runs its own on-site milling lab, which it says allows many qualifying patients to receive final custom-milled zirconia teeth in about 24 hours for single or multiple implants and about 72 hours for a full arch, rather than waiting months in temporary dentures.
Services listed on the practice's website include single and multiple tooth implants, full-arch treatment with All-on-4, All-on-6, and the practice's All-on-8 Robust protocol, implant-supported dentures, zygomatic implants for patients told they lack enough jawbone, and rescue of implants that failed elsewhere. Meet the Doctors
The practice is owned and led by two doctors who see patients at both the Fremont and San Francisco offices. Dr. Sambhav (Sam) Jain, DMD, MS, earned a master's degree in mechanical engineering from the University of Connecticut before completing his dental degree, and is a Master of the International Congress of Oral Implantologists. He built the practice's in-house digital design and milling center, trained in intravenous sedation at the Medical College of Georgia, and previously served as a community dental director in Massachusetts. Dr. Arpana Gupta, DDS, MDS, co-founded the practice and is also a Master of the International Congress of Oral Implantologists. She earned her dental degree with honors from King George Medical and Dental College in 1995 and a master's degree in endodontics from the same institution in 1999, and previously served as professor and head of the endodontics department at Subharti Dental College. The website says both doctors have more than 25 years of clinical experience.
