I was extremely pleased with the whole experience from greetings to the time I left. There was very little waiting at any stage. All the staff were very pleasant and kind. I am very anxious when it comes to the dentist. I was blessed to see Dr Willis today, I found him to be very reassuring, helpful and not trying to rush through the appointment. His assistant today was wonderful. She walked me through everything she was doing. They were both very thorough with explanations and answering any questions I had. I am pleased to be seeing Dr. Casteen next week for my surgical consultation. I definitely plan on continuing to be treated at Capital Dental from here on out. Thank you for making the dental appointment experience a good one. I give them 10/10.

Such an epic experience the energy in this facility is absolutely magnanimous. The staff and Drs flow like a ballet. The walls are filled with works of art that keep one feeling child like and safe. I would recommend hands down walked away happy no need for any pain meds and filling brand new thank you.

4/4/2023 Thank you Dr. Willis and Capital Dental for taking care of me today. I appreciate you! 11/20/23 Came in for an adjustment. As always, the staff was great, environment is great, everyone at Capital is great at what they do. Therefore, I feel GREAT after my appointment.👍🙏 01/16/24 I recently had a dental visit with Dr. Willis at Capital Dental Group, and I am pleased to share my positive experience. From the moment I walked into the clinic, the staff was welcoming and efficient. Dr. Willis demonstrated exceptional professionalism and expertise during my visit. They took the time to explain the procedures and answer any questions I had, making me feel comfortable throughout the appointment. The clinic itself was clean and well-maintained, adhering to high hygiene standards. The dental equipment appeared modern and up-to-date, contributing to my confidence in the quality of care. Moreover, the entire team, including the dental hygienists and administrative staff, exhibited a friendly and caring attitude, creating a pleasant atmosphere. Overall, my visit to Capital Dental Group was a positive one, and I would highly recommend their services to others seeking a reliable and skilled dentist. 4/10/24 I was very impressed with my visit at Capital Dental Group. Have been a patient since early 2000. Every visit is like seeing friends and family Very friendly Dr Casteen is the best in his field. Dr Willis is another great Dr and person. I don’t feel like just another patient or a name on the list. Even the nurses and receptionists greet me as an old friend
