My sweetheart just got his beautiful new smile at Center for Implant Dentistry, and I could not be happier for him. We came all the way from India for his treatment, and from the beginning, the whole experience was amazing. Choosing dental implant treatment in another country is a very big decision, but Dr. Jain and his team made us feel comfortable, cared for, and confident every step of the way.
Dr. Jain is truly a specialist in dental implants, and his experience shows. He explained the All-On-8 treatment very clearly and made sure we understood the benefits and the full process. That gave us so much peace of mind.
The staff at Center for Implant Dentistry were exceptional. They were so kind and welcoming, not only to him as the patient, but also to me throughout the whole journey. That meant a lot.
Now that his All-On-8 treatment is complete, he looks amazing. More importantly, his confidence is back, and seeing him smile like this again makes me so emotional. Coming from India for this treatment was absolutely worth it. Thank you, Dr. Jain and the entire team at Center for Implant Dentistry, for giving my better half his smile back.

I got my dental implant treatment for my tooth 14 from the Center for Implant Dentistry and the results were really great!
At first, I was terrified since I needed to do the sinus lift due to the fact that the implant had to be put in my mouth in the back region. Also, I had a really bad infection and lost a lot of bones. Other clinics told me that probably, it wouldn't be possible for me to get the implant but instead of that, I should consider putting on the fake tooth.
But Dr. Jain made me feel confident by explaining everything clearly and carefully. In spite of all difficulties, he did everything really good and I am totally satisfied with the result.
Dr. Jain is extremely experienced and knowledgeable doctor who is always professional and does everything perfectly. His ability to explain the procedure thoroughly and answering all of my questions really made me confident. There was no such a doctor who explained everything so carefully and made me feel so comfortable and confident.
I want to thank Dr. Jain and his clinic for their professionalism and excellent care. I definitely recommend Dr. Jain to everyone who needs dental implant procedure.

I was really impressed with Center for Implant Dentistry. Dr. Jain and his team are incredibly knowledgeable, and you can tell they have years of experience handling even the most complicated implant cases. One thing that really stood out to me was their use of robotic-assisted surgery. It's amazing how far dental technology has come, and seeing that level of precision and planning gave me a lot of confidence.
What I also liked is that they focus exclusively on dental implants. They really know what they're doing, and they take the time to explain everything without making you feel rushed. It's not often you find this combination of experienced implant surgeons, advanced technology, and people who genuinely care about their patients. Definitely worth checking out if you're considering dental implants.

I highly recommend this dental office! Dr. Gupta and Dr. Jain are both knowledgeable, professional, and dedicated to providing excellent dental care. They genuinely care about their patients and strive to make every visit as comfortable and pleasant as possible. The team is welcoming, accommodating, and committed to providing quality service. I had been hiding my smile for a long time, and even eating had become difficult. Walking into Center for Implant Dentistry, I felt hopeful but nervous because this was such a big decision for me. Dr. Jain, Dr. Gupta, and the team made me feel comfortable, cared for, and confident throughout the process. Now I can smile freely again, eat comfortably, and truly feel like myself. I’m deeply grateful for the care I received and highly recommend Center for Implant Dentistry to anyone considering dental implants.

About Center for Implant Dentistry
Center for Implant Dentistry is a family-owned practice that focuses exclusively on dental implants, which the practice says has been its only service since 2008. Its San Francisco office is located at 4318 Geary Boulevard, Suite 201, in the Richmond District, and is one of two Bay Area locations along with the main office and lab in Fremont. According to the practice, the same two owner doctors treat patients at both offices rather than a visiting surgeon. The practice describes both offices as complete implant centers, with the exact visit plan mapped out for each patient before treatment begins.
Treatment options described on the practice's website include single and multiple tooth implants, full-arch implants using All-on-4 and the practice's All-on-8 Robust protocol, zygomatic implants for patients who have been told they lack enough jawbone, and rescue of implants placed elsewhere that have failed. Meet the Doctors
