They did a wonderful job with my wisdom teeth extraction. I got all 4 removed and the procedure took a total of 35 min. The staff was very helpful and professional and gave me great care and after care instructions. I left with everything that I needed for my recovery. A very quick and painless process!

Dr. Anderson was amazing, very friendly and comforting. Spencer was also very friendly and very informative. I am always nervous at the dentist and there i was not because they talk you through every step of the way. Soon as i walked in the place smells so clean, it really was immaculate. Also the wait time was very quick, this was a same day emergency appointment and i was in and out within an hr. If i ever have any dental issues COMS will definitely be the one and only place i visit. Thank you for an amazing visit!

I was supposed to go here to get my wisdom tooth pulled out next month. It was a tooth that was supposed to come out years ago but I was too scared to have it done. Then yesterday it came out on its own. I called CFO&MS to let them know and they booked me for an appt today to make sure nothing was left in my gums. The women at the front desk were so nice to me and helped me out a lot. I think they could tell I had anxiety. It is so rare for me to come across really nice front desk people especially when they see my insurance. The dental assistant was great as well. The surgeon (dont know who I had Im sorry) was cool as hell and super nice. Again, I am not used to this kind of treatment and I am super grateful. They didn't make me feel embarrassed about my rotted tooth that fell out and confirmed that there was nothing left behind and I was free to go. Also put in note that I need s root canal on the molar in front of the removed wisdom tooth. I wanted to leave a review because I had run into dr offices that have paid fake positive reviews and I wanted people to know this place is legit as well as the other reviews you read. Only issue I had was only seeing the dentist for 3 minutes and not being told the condition of the hole or how to take care of it. I waited over a hour because they were really busy and had hoped I would have at least gotten a proper examination. I dont think the reason I was there was written down properly.

Needed a broken tooth extracted and already had a referral from my dentist. I called other places who wanted me to come in for a consult first and then come back again to get tooth pulled. First appointment just for the consult was over two weeks away. Here I was able to make an appointment within one day and had tooth extracted the same day. They didn’t waste my time. Recovery was quick and I had no pain. Doctor and staff was amazing! I highly recommend this place.

I purposely avoided getting my wisdom teeth taken out for years because of how nerve wracking I thought the process was going to be. I was WRONG! I had such a comforting and quick experience! I literally called them in the morning and explained I was expecting severe pain on my wisdom tooth. Without an issue, they told me to come in. The process was roughly 20 mins and I was on my way home. Staff were sweet and the doctor was helpful. Highly recommend coming here!

About Center for Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery

The Center for Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery is a full-scope oral surgery practice that has served New Jersey families for over three decades across six locations. Its East Windsor office at 33 Lake Drive serves patients in Mercer County and the surrounding area. The practice describes its surgeons as board-certified and emphasizes honest guidance and thoughtful treatment planning, with time set aside during consultations to make sure patients understand why a treatment is recommended, what it involves, and what their options are.

For patients considering dental implants, the East Windsor office offers single implants, implant-supported bridges, full arch restoration supported by four or more implants, zygomatic implants that anchor into the cheekbone for patients with significant upper jaw bone loss, bone grafting, and sinus lifts. The practice says it uses advanced imaging and digital planning tools to map out each case, and that it regularly takes on patients who have been told elsewhere that they are not implant candidates. Other services include wisdom teeth removal, impacted canine exposure, tooth extractions, corrective jaw surgery, facial trauma repair, and oral pathology. Sedation options are available for every surgical procedure, including nitrous oxide, oral sedation, and intravenous sedation, and the office provides an online patient portal for completing intake paperwork before the first visit.

Meet the Doctors

The practice's clinical team includes Brian S. Krost, DMD; Jeffrey C. Elbaum, DMD; Michael Steinle, DMD; Nathan Ostler, DDS; Daniel Krost, DMD; Peter Henein, DMD; and Erik Anderson, DDS. The site does not specify which of the other surgeons see patients at East Windsor.
