I’ve had two experiences with the Jackson Office and both were wonderful experiences. The first time I went for a consultation for my daughter to have teeth removed and they did it right there. I didn’t have to go back for a second time which was wonderful.! Most recently my daughter was suffering with a terrible toothache. I called them as soon as the office opened and they told me to come right over! Everyone was wonderful with her. She’s 13. She was in a lot of pain. They were all so kind & made her comfortable. Dr. Steinle came in and explained the situation from the x-ray and resolved all my fears I had about taking this tooth out initially. He was wonderful! The whole procedure took 10 minutes! The assistants are so nice there and they thoroughly explained all of the aftercare instructions. I’m so glad I made that phone call yesterday morning so my daughter didn’t have to stay in pain another minute, they were so accommodating! It’s been 24 hours since the extraction and she’s had zero pain

The level of care I received from Dr. Steinle was second to none. A medical professional with a personality as well. Not only a surgeon but gentleman also. I was so apprehensive due to needing a tooth pulled. Dr walked in and I immediately started to feel better once he started chatting with me. His nurse was amazing as well!! Very personable, yet professional!! And I can’t forget Robyn and all the staff. All amazing and made me feel at ease!! If you’re looking for a dental surgeon, this is your office!! Jackson office rocks!!!!!! Dr Stenle rocks!! Robyn rocks!!

Hi! I’m 26, I went to COMS in Jackson for my wisdom teeth extraction. I had all 4 removed. Since I have generalized anxiety and had never had surgery or sedation before, I was very anxious.
Brittany, the assistant, was incredibly patient and understanding while explaining my options and helped me feel at ease. Instead of an IV sedation I chose a gas they use for children. It makes you groggy for a shorter period of time. Dr. Steinle held my hand while Brittany talked me through everything as the gas mask was placed on. Before I knew it, I was asleep, dreaming and then waking up in recovery. Their compassion and reassurance made all the difference, and I’m so thankful for the care I received. I would definitely recommend COMS and Dr. Steinle. They are very intelligent, experienced, and also understand this is a scary procedure for some.

I had an amazing consultation with Robin and Dr. Ostler! They took the time to answer all of my questions thoroughly and gave me so much comfort and peace of mind that I’m in excellent hands. I’m genuinely looking forward to my procedure.
Robin was incredibly sweet and went above and beyond to help rearrange my appointments to fit my schedule. Truly 11/10 service!

Every person in this office is professional and helpful. From the front desk, the medical assistants and Dr. Steinle, I have nothing to say but great things. I have brought both of my children and my mother here and it has always been a great experience. Every question is answered and you leave knowing exactly what you need to do when you get home. I would give 100 stars if I could to the entire staff!!
