We had a wonderful experience with Dr. David Lewis. My mom needed help with her dental implant and Dr. Lewis was incredibly kind, professional, and helpful. He took the time to explain everything clearly and made sure we understood what was going on and what needed to be done. Everyone we interacted with was so nice, polite, and welcoming.

I highly recommend Michelle and Dr. Patti! They truly take the time to listen to your concerns and make you feel comfortable every step of the way. Everything is explained clearly and thoroughly, which really helps ease any anxiety. Throughout the entire process, they consistently check in to make sure you’re doing okay and feeling comfortable. You can tell they genuinely care about their patients and providing excellent care.

So, I have been having my dental care done by CRCID for 25+ years.
Regular cleaning, root canals, fillings, and implants. No matter who I deal with, courtesy, professionalism, and quality work is the norm. People come and go, retire, move, but the treatment stays at the same high level.
So, as I'm about to leave the house for my 6 month cleaning, I get a text stating my normal technician is out sick, please call to reschedule. They were able to get me in the very next day with Dental Technician Dominique, who did the the same high level job they all do. And the fact they were able to do so the next day, at the last minute, was both courteous and great for my schedule.
I really appreciate that and know it couldn't have been easy for either Dominique or the scheduling staff. Thanks for going the extra mile.

What felt like a great find in a new dental office has left me increasingly feeling the way I do when I go to the car dealership. In six months my husband and I have each spent thousands of dollars on various dental work. Some of it was necessary, but other times it feels like we are being sold extras that aren’t explained fully and that we later find out are simply “nice to haves”. For example, I was told by one hygienist that I had moderate gingivitis and needed a super painful treatment. I agreed to it…though I had no symptoms, pain, etc. Four weeks later another hygienist said I needed a different treatment for this issue. I expressed concern about how much I was spending (I also needed 2 fillings that mysteriously turned into 3) and felt pressured even though I still had no symptoms. She seemed surprised when I said I’d never had any symptoms. I got home and talked to my husband and he said they’d recommended the same thing for him. We’ve both had regular dental care through another practice that was a bit old school…but there’s no way that office somehow “missed” all of these issues. Next week we are both scheduled to go back for even more work. I think we are at eight visits between the two of us since December.
