I have had a great experience with Dr. Harleen Kaur and all the staff I have interacted with in their Watsonville office. She was very honest and presented a treatment plan prioritizing what work I needed most and that I could afford. They offer financing and that has helped me do dental work I needed. I love their location and their offices are clean, modern and friendly environment. I would recommend for anyone that is looking for a dentist in Watsonville and they take my dental insurance.

Was looking for a new dentist since my old dentist stopped accepting patients with my insurance. I found Central Coast Dental and they booked me an appointment right away. I caught up with dental work that I needed done for years. I had two wisdom teeth removed , a cavity filled and started my Invisalign treatment started. I appreciate that they sent me to one of their offices for the extractions rather than sending me it with a referral. Their office staff are always nice which I think is above just having good customer service.

I had the best dental experience at central coast dental鈥檚 the staff is amazing and very helpful in scheduling and handling insurance
They are very efficient and timely
The office is very beautiful spotless
And with modern equipment
I am usually terrified of dental work but
Dr Harleen Kaur is very gentle and through
And very compassionate
She took time to explain the procedure well
She does her work so efficiently and flawlessly

Excellent service, Dentist took her time to go over my X-rays , and Treatment I needed. Front staff very nice. I was able to schedule my Root canal within a week. Thank you Dr. Kaur for making me feel safe since I have some anxiety., will recommend to my friends and Family

Sad to leave a mediocre review. Was so excited for the opening of this new dental office.
Red flag after being called 3 times for personal info {SS# & DOB}
Not sure what happened to the info 2 previous phone conversations. Concerning. Showed up for my appt. They were having plumbing problems. Assistant came in after 20 mins of waiting, with another patients bridge. I let her know wrong room, and my name.
Dr came in, briefly, and just disappeared. IDK.
No one ever came back! Ha
Dr had the assistant on a call I think locating the plumber. Not sure. Dr sat at her cubby, staring at her computer.
I left. Wouldn鈥檛 recommend.
