I have been going back over about 4 years to get my implants corrected. Endured extreme pain from the procedures and spent approx $40k on implants which were supposed to be full arch dental implants but Dr. Q said no he had a different plan. His plan was to keep charging mr for individual implants which turned out to be ill fitting and had white stripes on them. I begged to have them replaced and continued to ask for the full arch implants but NO. Noe im left with a strange assortment of old teeth, new implants, and a bridge of implants on one side that are all connected by something like a denture. Also im unable to get in for cleaning as they don't even have a dental hygienist. Its supposed to be best practice whrn you require full payment up front at these astronomical prices...and there's no excuse for what this business did to my teeth and smile. It looks terrible and unprofessional.

When I came for my first appointment last summer, I had already visited a few other places, but their prices were nearly twice as high. At Central Coast Dental Implant Center, I not only received a much more reasonable price, but I was also given the opportunity to make payments for my treatment, which made the process much more manageable.
My surgery went incredibly well, with very little pain, and the next day, I already had my temporary teeth in place. Over the next couple of months, I had a few follow-up appointments, and any concerns I had were promptly addressed. Every procedure was done on time, and the staff, along with the doctor, provided exceptional care and support throughout my journey.
Getting a new smile wasn’t easy- it was a long process, and at times, I felt frustrated. But in the end, I knew it was one of the best decisions I had ever made for myself. Now, I love my smile - it’s strong, beautiful, and has given me so much confidence. Thank you, Central Coast Dental Implant Center, for your amazing work and outstanding care!

I have nothing but great things to say about Central Coast Dental Implants Center. Dr Quiroz and his staff are the best. They made me feel like I was their only patient. They were very professional, friendly and caring as well. I love my new implants. They look great and perform even better. If you have missing teeth this is the place to go to get your dental needs taken care of. I highly recommend them.
Thank you to Dr Quiroz and his staff

If I could do Zero Stars its better. The implant service I had there cost almost $20,000. When I had it done I had really bad pain and the doctor said the pain would go away in time. I wasn't able to make an appointment with them for a while because the office was under repairs. When I finally got see him a year later i had my teeth clean there and I mentioned to him the issues of the implant. One of the screw was coming off on top my gum and being that the implant was too tight they we're moving my other teeth. I mentioned to him the issue and he checked my bite and file the implant to see if that would help. The lady that did the cleaning for me at his office mentioned to me that the implants weren't done right that there was a possiblity that the implants was causing an infection. I mentioned it to him and he again said that's not the issue. Today I still have the pain and went in again He yelled at me and would not let me explain how I was feeling. He kept on saying that it was not the implants that was causing pain and that he is the dentist and is always right. I told him I can see that it's breaking my crown and again yelling at me that I was wrong. I kept quite until he finished yelling and I asked him if he is not going to help me. He wanted to fix the crown saying that that was issue and not his work . He then said he cannot help me and that I will have to see someone else and that they do not do the cleaning at all there even though I have the reciepts that says it. I really do not recommend coming here again. Absolutly rude doctor and looking at the reviews I see that others have had the same issue. I wish I could get my $20,000 refund the worst investiment I've ever made. Again do not recommend this doctor to anyone!

About Central Coast Dental Implant Center
Central Coast Dental Implant Center is a dental practice that focuses specifically on dental implant treatment, from single tooth replacement to full arch and full mouth solutions. The practice describes itself as an implant-focused center rather than a general dental office that occasionally offers implants, and says that consultation, planning, surgery, and final restoration are all handled in one location.
Patients can choose from a range of options, including single and multiple implants, full arch or All-on-X treatment, and same-day "in a day smile" implants for qualifying candidates. The practice also offers a range of sedation options to help patients feel more relaxed during treatment, and uses an in-house dental lab where restorations are designed and fabricated as part of the overall treatment process.
