I cannot say enough good things about Dr. Bower and his team. From the initial consultation through recovery, the entire experience exceeded my expectations. Dr. Bower has one of the best bedside manners of any healthcare provider I’ve ever encountered. He is incredibly kind, patient, and takes the time to truly connect with his patients. During my consultation, I never felt rushed, and it was clear that he genuinely cared about me as a person, not just another patient. What impressed me most was his professionalism and clinical judgment. He knew going into surgery that one of my teeth was severely impacted, but once he was able to fully evaluate the situation during the procedure, he made the decision that a partial removal was the safest course of action rather than risking nerve damage. That level of experience, judgment, and commitment to patient safety gave me complete confidence that my well-being was always the priority. I also want to recognize his nurse, who was absolutely wonderful. She was knowledgeable, professional, compassionate, and incredibly comforting throughout the entire process. Her calm and caring demeanor made a huge difference. Recovery after pulling 4 teeth all at once was a breeze, and everything went exactly as explained. The entire team made what could have been a stressful experience feel smooth and manageable. If I ever need oral surgery again, Dr. Bower will be my first choice without hesitation. Thank you for providing such exceptional care.

There’s not much I can say here that hasn’t been said, but my experience with Dr. Bower and his team was equally phenomenal to that described in the other reviews. I had all 4 wisdom teeth removed with local anesthesia, and Dr. Bower’s communication and care during the procedure went a looong way towards keeping me relaxed and trusting of the process. In fact, I think I’d like to do the whole thing again!! Not really—but if I did, I would without a doubt be coming back to Dr. Bower. Thank you all so much for the fantastic experience; the recovery has been smoother than I ever expected. I would give five THOUSAND stars if I could. Unfortunately, Google is suppressing my enthusiasm. Okay that’s enough. Thanks Dr. Bower!!! And thank you to the rest of the team!!

Dr Bower is absolutely amazing-great communicator, makes you feel comfortable-extremely knowledgeable and professional!! So kind and thoughtful. Tells you everything step by step. Had implant-its perfect.

Dr Bower is absolutely amazing! I needed plates and screws removed from a prior surgery that was 15 years ago. The titanium was degrading and affecting my health. Dr Bower was the only doctor that actually listened to me, gave me full informed consent about the surgery, and was very empathetic. After surgery my health improved dramatically. I can’t thank him enough.

Dr.Bower so much! What a great doc with an amazing personality that made our kid feel at ease’s he takes his time and we wish every doc was like him!

Central Florida Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery, P.A. is an oral surgery practice that has been serving Central Florida since 1937. The Alafaya office is located at 1864 North Alafaya Trail, Suite 100 in East Orlando, in the Alafaya Professional Village just north of Colonial Drive. The practice offers a full range of dental implant and bone grafting procedures, including single implants, Teeth-in-an-Hour, bar attachment dentures, ridge augmentation, sinus lifts, and socket preservation, along with 3D imaging to support treatment planning.
