I had a fantastic experience with my tooth extraction at this practice. Each of the people I interacted with from my check in to receiving my aftercare instruction was helpful, knowledgeable, and professional. I would highly recommend them for any oral surgery needs and couldn’t be more impressed with the care I received here. Special shout out to Dr. Colarusso for his efficiency and making getting a tooth extracted a more pleasant experience!

Very professional. Dr. Kobakov is excellent. We had a wonderful experience. All the staff did so well to keep the patient comfortable. They did regular follow ups post op. All the instructions were very clear. Highly recommend.

I don't give five star reviews often to dental offices/oral surgeons, given my extreme dental anxiety. That's why this five star review is all the more important. Dr. MIKHAIL KOBAKOV was absolutely outstanding. I had to have 2 upper wisdom teeth extracted and have significant medical trauma, PTSD, and anxiety. Dr. Kobakov listened to my concerns, accommodated my issues, and was extremely compassionate. Despite me still having panic during the procedure, he and his team handled it all with ease and grace. Also, shout out to Mariah, one of the assistants, who held my hand while I was panicked. Having panic can feel shameful, especially as an adult regarding your teeth, but she did not hesitate to hold my hand and comfort and encourage me through the procedure! Even the nursing staff you see after the procedure were great and kind. From beginning to end, the experience was fantastic. I have already recommended Dr. Kobakov and his team to three people I know, and I do not usually do that unless I am incredibly impressed. If you need an oral surgeon, Dr. Kobakov is the person to see!

My son had his wisdom teeth removed February 2026. The doctors were straight forward with how their process works. Everything from where to park and checking in, to wheeling my son out to the car, ran like clockwork. My son was in and out of surgery in less than an hour. Those waiting for patients in surgery have a separate waiting room that is quiet and comfortable. Comprehensive after care instructions, medication ready to pick up on the ride home, and a call later that evening to check in to see how he was doing post anesthesia were provided. Every staff member was polite, professional, and welcoming. Healing has gone beautifully, swelling lasted about 8 days. I have not a single complaint. I will absolutely be bringing my daughter here when it is time for her to have her wisdom removed. Thank you to all the staff! Especially the ladies at the desks who helped me last minute switch pharmacies, as my hometown pharmacy had a system failure and couldn’t fill the prescriptions.

I had a wisdom tooth pulled at CMOS. I was impressed by the dentist and his support staff. The support staff anticipated the tools he needed as the procedure progressed. It has been five days since the procedure and I am still dealing with some residual pain, but it is coming along nicely. At this rate, I expect the final pain to suside in a few days. Overall, I would greatly recommend OMOS to anyone needing oral surgery.
