Dr. Nick has always been extremely professional . He is absolutely the best at explaining my options and the procedures that need to be done. Without a doubt, the best periodontist in Oregon. I’ve had nothing but an outstanding experience at Central Oregon Perio. From the moment you walk in, you’re greeted by Mackenzie at the front desk, who is always welcoming, friendly, and incredibly helpful. Dr. Nick is fantastic—professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely caring. He takes the time to explain everything clearly and makes you feel completely at ease. Janell, Cassandra, the hygienist, is just as wonderful: gentle, thorough, and kind. And Alana, one of Dr. Nick’s assistants, is amazing to work with—supportive, upbeat, and attentive to every detail. Everyone here works together to create a comfortable, friendly environment, and it truly shows. I can confidently say I’ve had nothing but great experiences at Central Oregon Perio. Highly recommend!

I cannot recommend Dr. Nicholas Misischia and the team at Central Oregon Perio highly enough. I had my first gum graft with Dr. Misischia a couple of years ago and recently returned for a double graft. From my very first “establish care” appointment, he took the time to thoroughly explain gum recession and how it specifically related to my case, as well as what to expect throughout the process. Before, during, and after surgery, Dr. Misischia made sure I understood every step. He narrated what he was doing throughout the procedure so there were no surprises, which really helped me feel calm and informed. His dry sense of humor also added a personal touch that made the environment feel friendly and relaxed — something I really appreciated during a procedure that could have felt intimidating. Most importantly, I always felt completely safe and in highly competent hands. The quality of care, professionalism, and genuine attentiveness from Dr. Misischia and his staff truly stand out. I’m so grateful for the care I’ve received and would wholeheartedly recommend Central Oregon Perio to anyone in need of periodontal treatment.

I had a gum graft with Dr. Nick and the care was outstanding from start to finish. The front desk team was welcoming and organized, and Dr. Nick’s assistants were calm, attentive, and reassuring throughout the process. Dr. Nick explained everything clearly, made sure the procedure was quick and painless, and his warmth and sense of humor made everything easier to get through. My recovery has been smooth and I have felt well taken care of at every step as his office has made an effort to check up on me both before and after my appointment. Highly recommend Central Oregon Perio.

Dr. Nick did a great job on my skin graft, I really don’t like getting my mouth worked on but he made the procedure pretty easy and he’s a cool guy to chat with to! He was on top of making sure I was comfortable during the entire procedure.
