The team here did an amazing job at helping my teen feel comfortable since it was her first surgery and she was feeling overwhelmed! She felt so comfortable with the team even telling me her favorite was the one that helped her to the car. Front desk team was just as amazing! Dr came out twice to talk with me to let me know how things went and gave me a personal number to call if needed more so because of the holiday in the next few days!
I highly recommend this place! Plus there is a stunning view from the parking lot of the water! (Covered outdoor seating too if you want to wait in the fresh air.)

I recently had my wisdom teeth removed here, and I'm so glad we chose Central Sound. I was extremely nervous about having to get them out. The whole team, from the ladies at the front desk, to the assistants and oral surgeon, did an amazing job at making me feel comfortable.
Dr. Boehm and surgical assistants Grace and Autumn, were beyond kind and so fun and easy to talk to. It was quick and I'm healing great with no issues. Thank you guys so much! :)

Everyone at this practice, from the front desk on up to the surgeon, we're knowledgeable, wonderfully friendly, concerned and professional. I was able to schedule rigbt away, and they helped me to decide on the right anesthesia choices for me (local and laughing gas). The only thing I would have liked to see was written instructions for post-surgery. They were specific to me, so you couldn't have copies done up prior, but my mind was a bit foggy while I was receiving my instructions, and had a bit of trouble remembering. However, the office is available by phone, and if you have to leave a message, they call you back right away.
I am sincerely impressed with this practice, and would highly recommend to anyone.

About Central Sound Oral, Facial & Implant Surgery
Central Sound Oral, Facial & Implant Surgery is an oral and maxillofacial surgery practice located at 8745 Pacific Avenue NW, Suite 103 in Silverdale, Washington. The practice describes itself as offering a full scope of oral and maxillofacial surgery, with expertise ranging from wisdom tooth surgery to corrective jaw surgery, and it serves patients from Silverdale, Bremerton, Poulsbo, Port Orchard, Belfair and Gig Harbor. For patients considering tooth replacement, the office performs a full range of dental implant and bone grafting procedures, including socket preservation, sinus lifts and ridge augmentation to rebuild jawbone before implants are placed.
The practice explains that implant placement is typically a two-stage process taking about six to eight months, with the implant first bonding to the jawbone and then being uncovered so the gum tissue can be shaped for a natural look. Other listed procedures include extractions, wisdom teeth removal, oral pathology, impacted canines, facial trauma care, pre-prosthetic surgery, bar attachment dentures, and the use of platelet rich plasma and bone morphogenetic protein to support healing. The office can be reached at (360) 204-5122.
