Excellent sign in customer service! Excellent care before and after treatment. Follow up service was very informative. Great care and concern for my dental issues. I had my first dental cleaning after treatment by hygienist Noelle. She did a excellent job on my cleaning, she was careful and very professional, also her advice about dental care was priceless. I will highly recommend this business.

I am a new patient here, referred by my primary dentist. After submitting the online contact form, I received a quick response and everything was set up quickly despot it being the holiday season. I saw Dr. Shah, who I found to be very attentive, compassionate and knowledgeable. He listened attentively to all my questions and concerns and responded appropriately. We made mutually agreed decisions. Staff provided great care as well! I am very pleased and lucky to have found this gem of a perio practice!

Everyone at the office has been amazing and has treated me with great care. I especially want to give a shout-out to the hygienist, Noelle. She is always so patient, gentle, and knowledgeable. Many times, I come to my appointments feeling nervous and uneasy because I鈥檓 not sure what to expect鈥攚hether the news is good or bad. Thank you for making me feel like I鈥檓 not just another patient, but someone you genuinely care about. Thank you for all that you do; it never goes unnoticed.

Cannot say enough good things about this practice. Everyone was so, so nice. As someone with dental anxiety, I felt comfortable and in great hands. If you need a kind, patient, and informative periodontist office......this is the place!

Dr Shah at the Georgetown location is awesome, he is the best馃憤馃徑. His background, knowledge, and extensive experience in the Dentistry field is more than impressive. I had first hand in person treatment today. I had a total of (6) teeth pulled. I am being very truthful when I say I didn't feel any pain. Well the needle used to numb my gum okay I felt a little sharp sting but I'm tough I could handle it 馃榾 Breanne and Virginia his dental assistant are so nice and friendly they put me at ease throughout the entire process. Explained everything in detail and answer any questions I had. Actually the whole team are like family! When I first walked in the door on my first visit all of the staff made me feel extremely welcome and assured me I was in good hands! Prior to leaving I was provided with supplies, instructions, booklets. Prescribed medication to ease any after pain. I can't praise all of them enough! I'm still in shocked on how easy that was after I got home. Can't wait to go back for my follow up visits in 2 weeks! I highly recommend Dr. Shah, his assistants and the entire outstanding (Team) if you are needing any dental procedure for you are your family. Please reach out to them for an appointment you would not be disappointed.
