No one goes to the Periodontist for fun, but at least the folks here make the visit as pleasant as they can! I have visited the Cedar Park location for a tooth extraction + follow-ups and it's clear this place values kindness and professionalism in their surgeons and staff. Everyone is extremely pleasant, even when they are dealing with people like me being short with them because they're nervous. I have never been greeted with anything less than a smile and kind patience.
You have some real polished professionals working at this location - thank you for all you do!

I just LOVE Dr. Desai & his staff!! I have had horrible issues with my teeth for my whole lifetime and have had a terrible history with folks in dental care... I only wish I had been in Dr. Desai's care sooner!! His "bedside" manner is beyond compare!! He is kind, and patient, and will go to great lengths to ensure that you understand what your options are. Never have I felt rushed or pushed into making any decisions related to my dental care that I wasn't completely comfortable and at ease with!! I love that he's a straight shooter and absolutely wants any decisions to be made at your pace. I am extremely guarded and have extraordinary anxiety in entrusting anyone with truly wanting me to be comfortable and confident with my dental plan - until I was fortunate enough to meet Dr. Desai! I have the utmost faith and confidence that I'm in the very best care possible since I began seeing him! And coming from my background, you have no idea how high that praise is!! I have every intention of following his plan for me and am actually looking forward to what we have in store for me!! Thank you, thank you, thank you!! 😊

I saw Dr. DESAI & he was very informative, honest & straightforward about the treatment I need. I appreciate very much that he stands in front of the patient while speaking & answers my questions.
Today Nadia was my hygienist & was also informative & very careful with me. Very nice, easy to talk with.
The office staff is happy & smiling!

I had an excellent experience at my periodontics appointment! From the moment I walked in, the staff was warm, professional, and made me feel completely at ease. The hygienist explained each step thoroughly, and the doctor took the time to explain the procedure, making sure I understood my treatment. The office was spotless and comfortable, and I really appreciated how gentle and attentive everyone was throughout my visit. I left feeling confident and well cared for — I highly recommend this office to anyone needing periodontal care!

I had an extraction done here recently, and I can’t say enough good things about the experience. In the middle of my procedure, the power unexpectedly went out — which could have been very stressful — but the periodontist and staff handled it with incredible calm, professionalism, and care., I was proud Of my team. I stayed calm as well☺️.
