This is a highly professional and comfort-focused dental practice. I saw Dr. Olsen, and he answered my questions clearly and put me at ease. I did not have much pain with recovery from oral surgery because I knew what to expect from the procedure, was numbed well (for a prolonged period the first day to mitigate pain), and was given clear instructions on alternating NSAIDs/painkillers and using ice. All the staff have been polite and helpful. They helped me navigate dental insurance and complex bone graft and implant procedures with ease. Dr. Olsen and the team are friendly, very knowledgeable, and show genuine care and concern for patients. I felt minimal discomfort and complete confidence at Central Washington Oral and Facial Surgery. Dr. Olsen and his team made my comfort and safety the top priorities. I would highly recommend Dr. Olsen and his practice to others.

Summarize, this place is the best dentist I've ever seen. Nobody like a dentist and my anxiety about them is bad cuz I've never seen one so nice before. So compassionate and helpful clinic. Thank you! Here's my story... I've gone to both the offices in Moses lake and tricities. I just got done myself in Moses lake and honestly a good review couldn't express my debt of gratitude fully.i have never had such an amazing team help with such high amounts of pain and anxiety so gracefully before. I have sensory issues and from beginning to end of every single interaction I swear this clinic(from the front desk to everybody else I saw in the back) handled me better and more respectfully than my own mother and even fully trained therapist lol. Sadly, I did have complications but that was not on then, the X-ray didn't show a concern and the tooth was fine. Not all complications can be avoided. However they handled that even amazingly. The pain couldn't be tolerated for me. I thought going back into child labor would be easier cuz at least u can be numb that enough to only have pressure. They were so nice during my panic attack and got me in so fast cuz of the pain. I was legit scared I was going to die the pain was so bad to me. I even told my surgeon that I was terrified and he was so nice and handled it with such grace to calm me down. It's hard being a dentist and doctor with all the laws and red tape, I used to work health care it's hard. They do so well to help patients as well as they can even with all that red tape. My pain was gone after surgery 1 and came back 3 days later on the weekend. Emergency on call was surgeons from the office and even if it wasn't the surgeon I had they were nice and compassionate. They got me into the office Monday, couldn't see anything wrong so they had to send me back to my general dentist to look. Went in Tuesday to the GD and they said it needs pulled or a root canal cuz it wasn't infected, X-rays and everything were taken. Due to how well I was treated by this place when in pain I opted into calling them first, cuz I knew they would be nice to me, which for me is hard to find cuz of how my anxiety is during high pain. I went from the GD office straight to this office and they got me in for an appointment as soon as they could that Thursday at 7am. Later Tuesday the hospital had to help control my pain to get me through the night and sleep. I called the surgeon office and they got me in that morning on Wednesday even though I was going to be having the surgery at 7am, less than 24 hours from then. It hurt so bad I went in for that scheduled appointment earlier than I should've, by 2 hours early. I'm sure that was irritating to everyone probably. And yet again, I was still treated with compassion and care. From everybody. Would I have died if I just waited, no cuz I did end up eventually just waiting. But, they saw me, looked anyway, and the surgeon helped me calm down and gave me the pain meds. It's hard for a doctor to give regulated meds like that and not just tell me to go back to the hospital. I'm so grateful, cuz they handle the pressure of how I act in pain than the emergency room that deals with that from people all the time. Sharing this story isn't the end. I'll be sharing it to anybody any way I can. Cuz giving them more patients to help probably can't even express how grateful I am. I just hope this story reaches them so they even know, from the bottom of my heart THANK YOU SO MUCH. (I am writing this the day after surgery 2, I'm not even on pain meds other than Tylenol and ibuprofen now. Not only did they help the whole process, they did the job great and I'm so happy) It's hard to find someone with compassion this good, and the whole office was amazing. You can tell everyone here loves their job as the care and compassion you get here shows it. Medical personal should love their job, it's a hard job to do. U can tell that the people here love their job and they love helping people, it really shows.

Absolutely the best experience! Traveled from Ellensburg to the Moses Lake office and it was worth it. My sons surgery is a week out and I know he is in the best hands.

My oral surgeon, Dr. Brenen Olsen, did an amazing job. I feel great after having my wisdom teeth removed and I'm healing quicker than I hoped to. Brenen Olsen is a great man who throughout the whole process really showed that he cares about his patients and takes pride in his work.

Great service Great staff Unlike most dental places here in my area The dr and staff took care of me when I was hurting and helped me get threw my procedure. The follow up visits with the staff and dr where just as good. All around I would give them a 10 out of 10. If and when I need more work done this will be my 1st stop

About Central Washington Oral and Facial Surgery

Central Washington Oral and Facial Surgery, located at 1545 Pilgrim Street in Moses Lake, WA, provides dental implant care as part of a broader oral and maxillofacial surgery practice. Services include dental implants, bone grafting for implants, and full arch restoration, along with other surgical procedures such as wisdom tooth removal and corrective jaw surgery. The practice describes its approach as focused on individualized treatment plans, open communication, and patient comfort throughout the surgical process.

For patients considering dental implants, the practice notes that missing teeth affect bite strength and confidence, and that implants are placed to function and look like natural teeth. Bone grafting is offered for patients who need additional support before implant placement, and the office provides pre- and post-operative instructions to guide patients through recovery. The practice also offers several sedation options, including local anesthesia, nitrous oxide, oral sedation, IV sedation, and general anesthesia, so patients can choose a comfort level that fits their needs during implant treatment.
