Shoutout to Dr. Nicholas Kenning and his entire team for an outstanding experience during my extraction procedure. Their attention to detail made my difficult impacted tooth extraction smooth and stress-free. Everything was clearly explained, and I received thorough instructions both before and after the procedure. They even called me twice to check on me, which truly shows how much they care about their patients. Excellent work by Centrasota Oral Surgeons—highly recommended!

Went in for an Emergency Abscess molar extraction they were very professional and well organized was in and out of surgery in no time Tyler was wonderful and professional and listened to me and my concerns. The tooth extraction was seamless and I’m at home recovering a day later with minimal to no pain in my mouth. Haven’t even had to take pain medication on the second day here but they could be my tolerance to pain anyway highly recommended for all your dental surgery needs.

I went there for wisdom teeth removal and their process was smooth, hygienic and pretty much pain free. Doc handled my case nicely. Before me, my brother-in-law had his tooth extracted in emergency. I recommend them. d

My wife needed four wisdom teeth removed on short notice. Centrasota was able to get her in the same day, and got them all out without incident. The office staff was friendly and helpful, though they couldn’t clarify our insurance coverage on such short notice (getting a hold of our insurer [a local place from the cities] was impossible, all their phone lines went to voicemail). The doctor personally guaranteed that he would sort it out if our coverage came up short, something you just don’t see often, even at local clinics. I see some other reviews complaining about the nurses, but everybody I dealt with was a pleasure, competent, courteous, and helpful. I would definitely recommend Centrasota, come here if you need a service they offer.

Everyone there was super friendly and made the whole experience way less scary than I expected. They answered all my questions and made sure I was comfortable the entire time. Kind and compassionate staff who seem to take their job seriously and have a passion for it! If you need oral surgery and want to be treated like a human being instead of just a mouth with teeth, this is the place to go!!

About Centrasota Oral Surgeons

Centrasota Oral Surgeons, also listed on its website as Centrasota Oral & Maxillofacial Surgeons, is an oral surgery practice with its Saint Cloud office at 3950 Veterans Drive, Suite 100, in St. Cloud, Minnesota. The practice also operates offices in Alexandria, Hutchinson, Monticello, and Sartell, and the Saint Cloud office can be reached at 320-252-3611 or toll free at 877-252-3611. Its services include dental implants, bone grafting (including ridge augmentation, ridge preservation, and sinus lifts), wisdom teeth removal, facial trauma care, jaw surgery, pre-prosthetic surgery, distraction osteogenesis, oral pathology, treatment of impacted canines, and anesthesia.

For patients considering dental implants, the practice describes implants as small titanium anchors placed in the jawbone to act as replacement tooth roots, which can support a single crown, a fixed bridge replacing several teeth, or a full upper or lower set of teeth as either a fixed bridge or a removable overdenture. The website notes that its oral surgeons are often able to place single stage implants, which do not require a second procedure to uncover them, and that in some situations implants can be placed at the same time as a tooth extraction. Implant treatment is described as a team effort in which the oral surgeon performs the surgery, any extractions, and bone grafting if needed, while the patient's own dentist makes and fits the permanent replacement teeth. Implant and bone grafting procedures can be performed in the office under local anesthesia, intravenous sedation, or general anesthesia, with the choice discussed between the patient and surgeon.
