Dr. Allen and his staff were absolutely wonderful with our eight-year-old daughter. From the very beginning, the communication was clear and reassuring, which meant a lot to us as parents. They went out of their way to make her feel comfortable - even getting her snuggled up under a blanket after the procedure. The post-op care and instructions were thorough and thoughtful. The entire team is truly gifted at working with children, and we’re so grateful for the kindness and professionalism they showed our family.

Dr Allen was one of the best dentists I’ve seen! His office got me in within a couple days because I was in so much pain. Once I saw Dr Allen he could tell I was in pain and squeezed me into the schedule next day and even worked with my insurance to make sure I was taken care of. Not only did he take great care of me he made sure I was comfortable from start to finish and explained everything to me. If he was a general dentist I definitely would never see anyone else! If you need any oral surgery related work Dr Allen is the guy to go to. If I could give more than 5 stars I would!

Wonderful doctor super nice. The girl upfront is so helpful. Got some action going on the same day. I went in there highly recommend. I’ve now added to my review. I had my surgery. A couple teeth removed IV sedation really freaked out about the whole thing went in there got the job done honestly didn’t even remember being wheelchair out of there and going home. That’s how awesome it was. I didn’t feel a thing that’s how I like it. Thank you Dr. Allen. Thank u for

Highly recommend Dr. Allen and his staff! They were very professional and accommodating. I went in for a wisdom tooth extraction and I couldn’t have been more pleased. Dr. Allen was very gentle, informative and thorough. He explained exactly what he was going to do and made sure all my questions were answered. I also appreciate how friendly the front office staff Jacky and Jessica were. They were very welcoming and made me feel comfortable right away. Definitely recommend this office for all your oral surgery needs!

If I could give Dr. Chad Allen and his team 10 stars, I absolutely would! From the moment I called the office, the front receptionist Jessica was professional, friendly, and incredibly patient. I called quite a few times with questions about our insurance (okay, a lot of times 😅), and she answered each one without hesitation and got me connected with Jackie. Jackie, the manager, made billing super easy, she handled the coordination of our two insurances so smoothly and kept in contact even after my daughter's procedure.
When my daughter came out of surgery, Dr. Allen came out to speak with us personally. He was so knowledgeable, reassuring, and took his time answering every question I had, and trust me, I ask a lot! Not once did I feel rushed or brushed off. Stephanie, the assistant who helped wheel my daughter out, was equally kind and informative. She added even more clarity and comfort during the discharge process.
And what really stood out, both Jackie and Dr. Allen personally called afterward to check on my daughter. That kind of follow-up and genuine care is rare these days and meant so much to us.
I was also touched by the thoughtful post-op care bag they sent us home with us it even included protein shakes! It's those little details that truly show how much this team cares. The office itself is quiet, clean, and welcoming, which is a big deal for me. Their customer service really sets the bar. Highly recommend Dr. Allen and his entire staff!
