This was my first time visiting this facility. I was very impressed. Was greeted as soon as walked in. Filled my information out on line before got there so saved time. Was waited on in a very timely time! Mary waited on me & asked me what I was being seen for. Dr. Hall was who I saw today, made me feel very comfortable and was very knowledgeable. I would recommend Chandler Park Dental Care.

Great experience! Mary was my client coordinator & hygienist. She was awesome. The office coordinators were also super sweet. Very well curated atmosphere. Would recommend!

Chandler Dental is AMAZING! I needed a dentist for my father who is visiting, has dementia and one of crowns came off. We had an appointment within 24 hours, staff was welcoming and so kind! They listened to my concerns as it related to my father’s needs and their response to him exceeded my expectations! We will definitely have all his dental work done here. Dr Hall, Bethany, Tyra, Jodi and Colleen, thank you so much!!

One of the best dental experiences ever! My father is visiting, his crown came off and he also has Dementia. Within 24 hours we had an appointment. The staff was welcoming and so kind and supportive of my father’s needs. They truly exceeded my expectations and we will now have all his dental work done there. A huge thank you to Dr. Hall, Bethany, Tyra, Jodi and Colleen!!!!

Chandler Park Dental Care is a general, cosmetic and restorative dental practice located at 1857 Tucker Way in Bowling Green, Kentucky. The practice serves patients from Bowling Green and nearby communities including Alvaton, Rockfield, Smiths Grove, Oakland, Plum Springs, Woodburn, Franklin and Scottsville, as well as families throughout Warren County. For patients with missing teeth, the office offers single dental implants, multiple dental implants, and full mouth All-on-4 implant treatment, along with related care such as tooth extractions, bone grafting and dentures. The practice describes its All-on-4 process as starting with a detailed consultation and 3D imaging, followed by implant placement, temporary teeth placed right after surgery, and custom permanent teeth once healing is complete.

Dr. Fleming earned her degrees from the University of Louisville and continued her training at the Nash Institute, with a focus on cosmetic dentistry. Founder Dr. Eli Jackson, DMD, who established the practice in 1982, retired from clinical practice on May 31, 2026 and continues with the practice as Founder Emeritus.
