I love this dental practice. From the moment you walk in the door you are treated with professional and friendly staff. The office is beautifully decorated and comfortable. The waiting room is clean, very spacious and not just a bunch of chairs crammed together for people to sit in. The patient rooms are very nice, the chairs are super comfortable and they offer many amenities to help you relax and enjoy your appointment as much as possible. They offer you regular blankets, weighted blankets, television, and many other things. They have state of the art equipment that makes everything efficient. You don’t have to move from place to place for X-rays or other procedures. Everything is done from the comfort of the initial space they place you. The staff….the staff, they are phenomenal. Very knowledgeable and friendly. They are so professional and they explain everything to you in detail so you always know what’s going on. Doctor McGovern is very friendly and makes you feel extremely comfortable when he is with you. The work he does is great. I have never had any problems with my teeth after he has done anything. They just make you feel like they are old friends and your just catching up after a while. I love this office and the staff, and I recommend to anyone looking for the best dental practice in Chattanooga.

I had an amazing experience at Chattanooga Dental Arts! The staff was absolutely great—everyone was friendly, welcoming, and made me feel comfortable from the moment I walked in.
I especially loved being able to watch TV while getting my teeth cleaned. 😂 It made the whole appointment so relaxing and honestly turned a dental cleaning into one of the best dental experiences I’ve ever had.
Great staff, great atmosphere, and excellent service. I definitely recommend Chattanooga Dental Arts and will be coming back!

Wonderful first visit! Love the staff and Dr. Parkerson-McGovern. She was wonderful and explained everything. Everyone took excellent care of me and my teeth feel so nice & clean! Excited for my new dentist! ❤️

From the moment I walked in, everyone was welcoming and professional. Sandra greeted me with a smile, helped me get signed in, and assisted me with completing all of the paperwork on the iPad.
Maddy, my hygienist, was absolutely amazing. She was incredibly gentle throughout my cleaning, which meant so much because I have severe tooth sensitivity and always feel anxious about dental cleanings. She made the entire experience comfortable and stress-free.
Dr. Jancy was kind, thorough, and took the time to clearly explain the issues she found, along with the best treatment plan moving forward. Jocie was also wonderful, walking me through my balance and explaining the available payment options in a way that was easy to understand.
Overall, I had an outstanding experience from start to finish. The entire team was caring, knowledgeable, and made me feel comfortable every step of the way. I highly recommend this office—10/10!

I almost hate to leave this review because now everyone will know my new secret dentist office.
Michelle was incredibly kind, gentle, funny and patient, and Dr. Jancy somehow managed to be both knowledgeable and hilarious at the same time. They made me feel comfortable from the moment I walked in, which is saying a lot because most people don't exactly skip into a dental appointment with excitement.
The care was excellent, the staff was wonderful, and the music was perfect! I came for the dental work and stayed for the playlist!
10/10. If I have to go to the dentist, this is exactly where I want to be.

Dr. Jancy Parkerson-McGovern is a native of Eastman, Georgia, attended Mercer University, and earned her Doctorate of Dental Medicine from the Dental College of Georgia at Augusta University in 2013, followed by a two-year General Practice Residency at the same institution.
