My husband saw Dr. Simeone for years and appreciated the care he received. We are currently dealing with issues with billing, which have prompted my husband to switch dentists. In December we received a bill from my husband's last visit. First issue was the bill was in my name, I have never been a patient and the insurance hasn't been in my name for over 2 years. Second issue was that this invoice had no description of services they were charging for, literally just had my name and a total. My husband went in person at the beginning of January and paid this invoice in full. I am now continuing to receive text messages telling me to view and pay for charges from my recent visit. I called and spoke with Nicole after the first text message who assured me that we have no balance. I am not reassured since I just received another notice. I hope that they can get their billing figured out before it leads to bigger issues. While I do understand some glitches when switching billing systems, I can't understand why something that was paid almost 2 months prior has not been updated in their system. Very unprofessional and frustrating. Update: After leaving my review, I received another text the following day and our account now shows paid in full. I also received a voicemail from Nicole letting me know that they found the issue. I will say that Nicole was kind and professional the first time I spoke with her and again when leaving her message. Unfortunately, these billing oversights have still caused my husband to switch providers.

Great experience! Candice is the best!! She helped me get a last minute appointment as I had a tooth infection. And she was there to make sure I was well taken care of at my appointment. Cannot thank her and the rest of the dental staff enough!

Daughter gets her Braces off tomorrow!! Thank you for calming her fears and educating her every step of the way. Candice was able to return my calls and text and help with rescheduling issues. We appreciate you and look forward to starting our Ortho journey with the younger kids.

A good family friend, Jody, recommended us to this practice as she works there and has great things to say about the dentists and hygienists. From the time you walk in you are greeted by smiling pleasant faces who are ready to assist you. My hygienist, Haley, was phenomenal. She was gentle, kind, and friendly which eased the normal dentist anxiety. She explained what she was going to do before each step so I knew what to expect and kept a great conversation going while allowing you time to respond after suctioning or getting new tools. Dr. T was very kind in his explanations of what was going on in my mouth. He allowed me to hold a mirror to see my teeth as he examined them and explained what he was seeing. Neither dentist not hygienist was accusatory in their assessment of what work was needed and explained that some times you can do all the right things and still have issues. Previously many dentists blamed me for poor dental hygiene even though I take good care of my teeth. Dr T further explained that there was a condition called silent reflux that could cause issues in your mouth without you realizing and wrote a referral to explore the possibility. I am very grateful Jody recommended me and I can’t say enough good things about my experience. If you’re looking for a new dentist and want an experience full of compassion and understanding, Chester County Dental Arts is the dentist for you!

Jody was a great help this morning, Dr. Simeone always does great, and Hannah rocked. She did her job very well and made me feel comfortable as she was cleaning my teeth. They are both awesome to have in the office and a great addition to the team!!!
