I am a fan of the staff at Chestnut Hills especially Sierra the dental hygienist and Dr. Simanski who provide excellent care. The only issue is scheduling and waiting for appointments for dental work. That is beyond the control of the Doctor and the dental staff. This needs to be addressed by the management and ownership of this business Again the Johnstown staff is awesome and the wait time situation needs addressed

Melissa’s bedside manner is truly exceptional; she approaches patient care with a genuine heart and concern for her patients. I am greeted with a smile and very positive attitude. She is incredibly knowledgeable and takes the time to explain every procedure and process thoroughly, ensuring I am fully prepared to succeed with my treatment plan. Her expertise is outstanding, making her a vital asset to the Chestnut Hill care coordination team.

They don't answer the phone. Been calling for 5 mins and no one is picking up the damn phone. Y'all keep sending mail to my house. I keep putting don't live here. Wrong address on the mail. But y'all keep sending me the mail back to my house. Y'all even changed the envelope after I already said they don't live here. I trying calling a couple times and no one answered the phone.

Great reception, great dentists, great medical staff. Easy visits, with minimal waiting. Only issue is sometimes when you call you can get an AI chat bot instead of a human. If you have any nuance, expect it to be lost, which is relatively inconvenient for a dentists office which might have any number of caveats for a patient. Getting in contact with their AI made me once again thankful for the people who manage the front. I will say I've called 2 times, and only once spoke to an AI though.

I used to go to Anne as a child and finding her again at this office has been a great experience! she is great and Sierra, the dental hygienist I saw also provided a very positive experience!
