This review is for Dr. P. He has been my dentist for twelve years, and I refuse to have anyone else do my dental work. I’ve been with him since the start of his career, and from the beginning I have been so impressed with his work. I have had fillings all the way to a root canal, and he has made me comfortable and confident in his ability to make me smile again. He remembers me every visit, and we can share stories about our personal lives. That’s so important, to have a doctor that treats you like a human and not for profit. I have always felt comfortable with him, and never felt him trying to upsell me. I have complete trust in my dentist, and will continue to see him. Thank you Dr. P!

Dr. Clare and her team are amazing at what they do. They discuss everything they are doing and give a reason to why they are doing it. I had an emergency appointment to fix a crown and the whole team took care of me with such professionalism. I am not a fan of dental visits, but this office is top tier in the Springs area as well as probably the country. Thank you Dr. Clare and your entire team/office.

I’m extremely disappointed with my experience. Two weeks ago, a referral was sent to this establishment for a treatment I need, yet after I spoke with them to verify that they received the referral, they acknowledged receipt asked for my phone number and said that they would provide the referral to the office manager and contact me soon. Since then, I received no communication whatsoever—no acknowledgment, no follow-up, nothing. When I reached out myself (two weeks later) to check on the status, the staff seemed completely unaware of the referral and offered little clarity, almost as if they were avoiding responsibility. After finally looking into it, I was told they’re unable to provide the treatment I need because they do not accept the insurance I have. That in itself is understandable—but the complete lack of communication and accountability leading up to that point is not. Being left in the dark, especially when dealing with important services, is frustrating and unprofessional. I would strongly recommend that they improve their internal processes and communication with clients. No one should have to chase down basic information about their own care or services.

I had, what felt like, a potential dental emergency and this office and their staff were quick to help me get scheduled and put my mind at ease. They have always been beyond helpful and it feels like they genuinely care which is calming when you're feeling anxious about your visit. I will always recommend them, our whole family goes here🖤

In nearly 30+ years of active Dental care; this Dentist far surpassed my expectations. I informed the team that I truly felt my 1st new patient visit was red carpet - even presidential in comparison to my previous Dental providers. I learned alot from the exam, preventive screening, and future care plan today. All of my questions were answered professionally and with compassion. I am looking forward this new budding wellness relationship.
