I've had a bad experience to put it mildly at Aspen dental they are detailed, professional and helpful giving me options on correcting bad dentistry. Justine officer manager extended herself with her valuable time .

I've been coming here for about five years, and I am very happy with my experiences. The staff and dentists are all friendly and very helpful. I've gotten excellent treatment for my gum issues as well as useful advice on lifestyle changes to help prevent further issues. I also appreciate that the administrative staff is very knowledgeable about insurance and billing issues and have been helpfull in making sure that I get everything possible covered by my insurance. I have referred family members here and they have enjoyed their experiences as well.

I love this place. Christine is the dental hygienist and she’s very nice and does a great job. She spent time explaining what and why things went wrong and gave me really good advice that improved my teeth health and appearance. The location is perfect for me and they have an awesome view. The receptionist, Lissa is very cooperative, helpful, and always smiling! I see Dr. Nihal as well from time to time to give and exam and she’s a great dentist. Very professional. No one offered me stuff I don’t need and they were honest with me. My experience with this place is very positive and I come here regularly. I enjoy my visit actually. My teeth now has a healthy, natural white appearance. I highly recommend Chicago Dental Design.

I recently was seen at Chicago Dental Design and I have nothing but good things to say. First off, I'm terrified of dental work! It just makes me nervous to think about it but thanks to Dr. Bicakci I managed to get through it without freaking out. She is a great dentist! All the staff was very caring and polite. The young lady at the front desk, Lissa, was awesome! She made me feel welcomed as she greeted me when I came in. I will definitely be recommending this dental office to others. Keep up the good work Chicago Dental Design!

I highly recommend the whole team at Chicago Dental Solutions! They are all very friendly and professional. Dr. Nihal Bicakci did a great job on my cavities, and her husband took my wisdom teeth out almost painlessly. Vivien at the reception is also amazing and she was very helpful in scheduling me for all the procedures. 10/10
