I would recommend this office to anyone who is looking for exceptional dental care! My mom was in a great deal of pain and unfortunately I couldn’t find anyone in the area who took her insurance. I spoke to Tabitha at the Joliet office who set her up for an emergency appointment at the downers grove office with Dr Fard the following day. The care was excellent from the receptionist to helping with self-pay to extracting the teeth! My mom was very nervous and Anna and Dr Fard made her feel at ease! He even called later that day to check on her! I have nothing but good things to say about this office! 10/10!!

Marissa and Colleen were very cordial, professional and gave great customer service. MARISA explained all the charges and was very helpful. Dr Guyer explained all and was quick and efficient. His assistant explained what to do after surgery and was very pleasant also. Would recommend their services to all. But Marisa and Coleen actually was a very good way to begin as they both are assets to Chicago Dental Implants. Great experience from the start

Totally unsatisfied with my whole experience. I had all my teeth extracted and two implants put into my bottom jaw. I was told by the oral surgeon that the bottom denture would be screwed into these 2 implants and I would only be required to see my dentist once a year for removal and cleaning. WRONG! I've been informed by my dentist that it would've required 4 implants and not the 2 I got. I went with this whole procedure and paid extra for the 2 implants i did get believing the bottom would be permanent. The oral surgeon didn't call my dentist to even discuss this whole thing. Now I'm not getting done what I was led to believe i was getting. I never would have paid the over $5000 extra had i known all the facts. LACK OF COMMUNICATION!!!!

Wanted to share what a positive experience I had from start to finish with Chicago Dental Implants .
The staff is very professional and willing to help in any way possible. Dr Emad Fard was very informative with all of my questions and concerns and reassured me of all the what if's , but more than anything he wanted to make sure I was always comfortable and informed of what my expectation would or should be .He even called me on his way home ( 4 hours later ) to make certain I was good and asked if I needed anything .....
You don't get that kind of treatment from every dentist .
He will definitely get my future business when I am in need !!

From the moment I spoke to the receptionist, on the phone to make my appointment she was patient and kind. When I arrived at the office, I was greeted with a smile, and understanding of my pain I was having. The doctor was gentle, and patient. I would highly recommend this office for your dental care.
