This was my 3rd visit with Dr. Guyer, and I continue to be beyond impressed with the level of care and professionalism I receive every time. As an oral surgeon, Dr. Guyer is incredibly patient and takes the time to thoroughly explain everything, making sure I feel comfortable and informed throughout the entire process. What I appreciate most is how down-to-earth and approachable he is. He combines extensive knowledge and expertise with a genuinely caring attitude that makes every visit a positive experience. You never feel rushed, and he always takes the time to answer questions with honesty and clarity. The service is consistently awesome — efficient, organized, and welcoming from the moment you walk in. The entire staff is friendly and professional, and appointments always run smoothly. After three visits, I can confidently say Dr. Guyer and his team provide exceptional care, and I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a knowledgeable, skilled, and caring oral surgeon.

**Please read this before scheduling an appointment here.** I had an absolutely horrific and traumatic experience with this clinic, and I am left with lasting medical trauma. On the day of my wisdom teeth extraction, they rushed me into the chair and hooked me up to IV medication before I could ask a single question. I proceeded to wake up five separate times during a surgery that was supposed to take 15 minutes but ended up taking an hour. In recovery, the doctor repeatedly evaded my questions before finally admitting how many times I had woken up. There is a serious, dangerous issue with their anesthesia protocols. Their post-operative care was equally negligent. Two weeks after the surgery, I returned with severe jaw pain and an inability to open my mouth, but they dismissed me and said I was "fine." Days later, I had to go back because it was actually a severe infection that required draining and a second recovery period. Months later, I noticed a bump in my mouth and went to a different oral surgeon. They discovered that this clinic had actually left a piece of the tooth behind. I just had to undergo a completely separate surgery with a new doctor to fix their mistake. To top it all off, their administrative and billing practices are a nightmare. They tried to change my price estimate on the day of surgery, taking 20 minutes to sort it out. Afterward, it took eight months of constant calling to get my insurance reimbursement, as my insurance paid out nearly $4,000—far more than they initially estimated. They are also currently ignoring my formal requests to release my medical records. The staff is incredibly rude, and the standard of care here is dangerous. Save yourself the pain, trauma, and financial headache, and go somewhere else.

How many times can I say amazing on here? Ok amazing 10x! My daughter's had implants there and now my. From the office staff, to the nurses, to the doctors! Best experience EVER! And my doctor was so caring at every step! I wouldn't go anywhere else EVER!

This place is full of awesomeness care. Dr. Fard & staff was overly accommodating with me. I had never had any kind of surgery or procedure done, I got 3 teeth removed from the back of my mouth so I was extremely nervous. His team was very patient with me & showed a overwhelming display of care. I recommend this office to anyone in need of any oral surgical care or any of the other services they offer. A++++
