I cannot say enough wonderful things about Dr. Guyer and the entire team at the Joliet Dental Office. From the moment I walked in, everyone treated me with kindness, compassion, and genuine care. Dr. Guyer was knowledgeable, straightforward, approachable, and truly listened to my concerns. I never felt rushed, and I appreciated the honest guidance and excellent care I received. The entire office staff went above and beyond to help me. The office manager was especially incredible—her kindness and willingness to help honestly renewed my faith in humanity. They worked around my hectic schedule, helped get my extraction scheduled for later that same day, and did everything they could to make a stressful situation easier. They even helped me search for a lost AirPod! It’s rare to find a healthcare team that is this caring, thoughtful, and dedicated to their patients. This was hands down the best dental experience I’ve ever had. If I could give them 100 stars, I would. I highly recommend Dr. Guyer and his amazing team to anyone looking for exceptional dental care. Shoutouts to Zaria, Tabitha, Erika, Carolina, Dr.G, and Joanna— You all are amazing!!

I have been to the joliet office two times now in recent years and the service just keeps getting better . The front desk is amazing . They are so very helpful and answers all your questions without being in a hurry . Dr. Guyer is wonderful. He talks you through everything that’s going to be done and is never in a hurry ! He took teeth out without any pain at all both times . This last visit I didn’t even realize the tooth was out and with no pain at all and just with a numbing injection. The girls that work with him are so considerate and caring . I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a friendly professional facility.

**Please read this before scheduling an appointment here.** I had an absolutely horrific and traumatic experience with this clinic, and I am left with lasting medical trauma. On the day of my wisdom teeth extraction, they rushed me into the chair and hooked me up to IV medication before I could ask a single question. I proceeded to wake up five separate times during a surgery that was supposed to take 15 minutes but ended up taking an hour. In recovery, the doctor repeatedly evaded my questions before finally admitting how many times I had woken up. There is a serious, dangerous issue with their anesthesia protocols. Their post-operative care was equally negligent. Two weeks after the surgery, I returned with severe jaw pain and an inability to open my mouth, but they dismissed me and said I was "fine." Days later, I had to go back because it was actually a severe infection that required draining and a second recovery period. Months later, I noticed a bump in my mouth and went to a different oral surgeon. They discovered that this clinic had actually left a piece of the tooth behind. I just had to undergo a completely separate surgery with a new doctor to fix their mistake. To top it all off, their administrative and billing practices are a nightmare. They tried to change my price estimate on the day of surgery, taking 20 minutes to sort it out. Afterward, it took eight months of constant calling to get my insurance reimbursement, as my insurance paid out nearly $4,000—far more than they initially estimated. They are also currently ignoring my formal requests to release my medical records. The staff is incredibly rude, and the standard of care here is dangerous. Save yourself the pain, trauma, and financial headache, and go somewhere else.

I have had several positive experiences with Chicago Dental Implants and Oral Surgery, and as someone who has dealt with dental anxiety, that means a lot. Their staff is extremely knowledgeable, understanding, and clear in their communication. They take the time to thoroughly explain each step of the process and treat patients with exceptional bedside manner and care. From the moment you walk in, you feel supported and comfortable. The team goes above and beyond to ensure you understand your treatment and feel confident moving forward. If you need oral surgery, you can expect some of the best all-around care and treatment. I highly recommend Chicago Dental Implants to anyone looking for a professional, compassionate, and skilled team.

I have nothing but great things to say about my experience. From my consultation to the procedure. I was surprised when I received a call from the office the day after to check up on me. i would recommend this place to anyone. They made a scary experience as smooth and fast as possible. They made sure to explain the procedure and the after care thoroughly. If I had to do this again i would choose this place and Dr. Guyer without a doubt.
