I always feel relaxed and know that I am getting kind and excellent care at Chico Dental Arts. Dr. Oster is very gentle and wants the best for my health and my teeth. My hygienist is also kind and gentle. I have had really good dentists, and since moving to this area, I have found that Chico Dental Arts is the absolute best!

I had the greatest experience at Chico Dental Arts. It started the moment I spoke with the receptionist—she was amazing. So honest, so kind, and she truly set the tone for the whole office. She even called me back with an update on my appointment, and the news was great because she took the time to look into my coverage and make sure everything was correct. That level of care meant so much. When I arrived, every single person I interacted with was delightful. I could hear laughter and positive energy coming from other rooms, and even though I couldn’t hear the exact conversations, I could tell other patients were having great experiences too. The staff made sure I was comfortable, asked if I wanted water, and genuinely tried to accommodate me in every way. When I met the dentist, I felt the same honesty and care. He explained what I needed clearly and respectfully, and I left feeling confident that I finally have a dentist who truly has my back. I’m actually excited to go back—which is something I never thought I’d say about a dental appointment. Chico Dental Arts has earned a loyal patient.

Gentle, honest, with the highest quality dentistry! I highly, highly recommend! An excellent, professional experience, with kind, patient, and caring staff! Truly amazing experience. How I came to Chico Dental Arts - I recently saw 2 other famous dental offices in town who lied about the work I "absolutley needed", with one hoping to skin me for $10,000, the other for $6,000. Someone then told me about Chico Dental Arts, and I can't thank them enough! They only found 1 tiny cavity, and it was less than $300!

It was absolutely amazing! I called and they were able to get me in the next day. Got there 10 minutes early and they took me back immediately and xrays were taken. Dr. Oster was busy with another patient so it took a little longer than expected but was offered water to tide me over. The staff is very helpful and courteous!

Dr Oster and his team are very committed and compassionate to ensure that patients receive excellent treatment. They do a great job of making sure that you feel comfortable with treatment. I would highly recommend Dr Oster to anyone.
