Doctor did a fantastic job on my son’s wisdom teeth. But I had an issue with their front desk/ person who handles billing. We paid what we thought the estimate of what insurance was going to not cover. I got a bill months later for a remaining amount that insurance had not covered. When I called to get clarification, she was super rude and disrespectful and did not listen at all. I work in the dental field and know a bunch but she would not let me get a word in and just cut me off. The office was great but their billing person sucks.

Chico oral surgery is amazing!!! Dr. Barnes went above and beyond squeezing me into a very busy schedule for my infected wisdom teeth while also making me feel very comfortable. the staff treated me as if I was family and took very good care of me. I highly recommend this awesome establishment for any of your oral surgery needs! Thank you all for making me feel so welcome and comfortable for my first ever surgery!

Chico oral surgery was such an awesome experience for my wisdom teeth removal. I woke up and experienced zero pain after the procedure and further into that day. Everyone was so nice and helpful in making me feel great about the procedure

I had a broken wisdom tooth extracted today and was very nervous because it was my first surgery and first time being put under. The staff that I came in contact with put me at ease and made me completely comfortable. Dr. Barnes and his assistant Ande were amazing!! Kristen was great too! I 100% recommend them!!! I have always had REALLY BAD anxiety and nervousness when going to the Dentist. I hope to fine a regular Dentist as awesome

I found a dark spot on my gums and was worried. I went in very nervous and not sure about what the doctor was going to say. Dr. Barnes and his staff fit me in the same day. They were very helpful and informative. I had a biopsy done and it was one of the easiest procedures I have ever had done at an oral surgery office. I would highly recommend Dr. Barnes and his great staff!
