It was great last year but since the doctor left back in December that's not the case now. I was scheduled to get a tooth pulled on January 5 but now with a new temp doc and maybe not a smooth transition when I came in to get my tooth pulled they told me that they had me down for a cleaning. I said you recently did that, this was to get my tooth pulled. So bottom line I didn't get my tooth pulled. They said they'd get me rescheduled but that didn't happen but what did happen was that I got an email stating that I owed them $32. for getting nothing done. I don't know when they might get a new permanent doctor but getting a bill for an appointment where no procedure is done due to the mixup on their end is not acceptable. Time to find a new doctor.

Although it is weird that I received this survey right after calling to speak with a staff member and was transferred and hung up on and the call not returned ,
I will still move forward with providing my feedback for my appointment today. Receptionist was polite and promptly provided me with my initial paperwork. The wait wasn’t long before being called back for my consultation. I spoke with the doctor /dentist about her plans for my treatment and afterwards one of the front end staff came in to go over the cost and future appointments for my plan. (I am pleased with the cost of my services that I will be receiving) Everyone was professional and kind.

I really really like this place. This is the first woman dentist that I have taken my kids to. She was very nice & explained everything. All the girls were nice & friendly. I recommend.
I didn't have a woman dentist today on second visit. He was really nice & good with my seven yr old daughter.

Everyone at Choice Dental are so very nice and friendly and I am very comfortable hi king there for my appointments to have my teeth taken care of and I just have to say that the whole staff there are Awesome. They take very good care of all of us that have to have dental work done. I would definitely recommend them to everyone.

Choice Dental is a family and cosmetic dental office in Marshall, Texas, located at 900 East End Boulevard North, Suite 200, and serving families across Harrison County and the surrounding communities since 2014. The practice describes its mission as helping patients of every age live healthier lives through gentle, high quality general, family, and cosmetic dentistry in a calm and welcoming environment.
