Amazing, Concerning, Compassionate, Professionalism = Citracado Dental Group- They checked all the boxes for me during a recent dental emergency I encountered upon arriving here in San Diego for a destination wedding 3/24/26 I was suffering sever pain when contacted the office the following morning seeking an appointment to resolve my issue prior to the scheduled event the next evening . I was a bit pessmistic about my chances of getting an appointment and having treatment administered in a timely manner. But , to my chagrin, these guys at this outfit did it all for me . The intake person took my call early , about 9:30 am Wed 3/25/26 and I provided her my urgency and she quickly took my information and assigned me a 3:30p slot to be seen. The tech Nancy, who was so nice comforting , got me in for xrays promptly upon my arriving, then informed the team my desire to please have treatment rendered asap! and WOW! They Did just that. I met with Dr. Anne who came in to speak with me regarding my history and the xray results. She then prescribed a plan of treatment for pressing situations , she was very nice , confident cool ,patient and concerned in sharing her plan for me. All of this within an hour's time. I made the wedding the following day w/o issue. She also made sure we had a plan of attack in the event there was a problem after my leaving for the weekend. Lastly, everybody on the team played their part and worked in concert to get a fearful patient resolve., The receptionist was really great with the charges she levied me , great price. I am so happy and very content in being a new patient at Citacado Dental Group. After having a terrible experience at a previous big corporation dental office. Citracado Dental was absolutely amazing and extremely professional. In listening to my concerns, and making me feel so at ease, and putting the patients care first. Considering my age and the number of dentists I have visited over the years I can honestly say the staff at Citracado is by far the most gracious and friendly and calming staff I have ever had to deal with. Not only are they professionals and efficient but they go above and beyond the norm.. I was very happy to know that this office is very conscious about keeping everything germ free and is always looking to make the customer comfortable. The office is even laid out so you don’t get lost..I am so glad my friend recommended them.. I am beyond satisfied with Citracado Dental!!

I just had my first visit to Citricado Dental Group. I have to share how friendly the staff was when I arrived. The dentist I had an appointment with was Dr. Nick Jungman. Super knowledgeable, competent, professional and pleasant. I don't look forward to dentist visits because of past experiences, so I went there with some anxiety not knowing what to expect. I was more relaxed than I ever recall at a dentist office. I can't believe I am writing this, but I am actually looking forward to my next appointment. Thank you so much Citricado Dental Group Team! -Nuff said!

You called and asked if I could come in early, my tech was amazing as always, very professional and friendly ! This entire team is so is a well oiled machine, it’s refreshing! The new equipment is amazing, it makes having your teeth cleaned almost memorable! Always a pleasure to visit the Citricado team!
