I鈥檝e been a patient here for several years and unfortunately my experience has been consistently disappointing. The office is poorly managed, customer service is unhelpful, and Dr. Pak鈥檚 bedside manner is severely lacking. Even when the waiting room is empty, you鈥檒l still wait close to an hour before being seen. I would strongly recommend seeking care elsewhere.
